The property is located within walking distance to Bondi Beach, great cafes, places to eat and transport. There are two walks from Bondi Beach towards the south. These walks offer great views of the sea, you visit popular beaches such as Tamarama and Bronte, and you get to see a number of historic spots.

There are activities all year round at Bondi beach, many of them are cantered around the Pavilion. From surfing competitions and kite flying to festivals, markets and galleries. Every Sunday in the grounds of the Bondi Beach Public School is Bondi Markets.

INVITING ENTRY

Stepping into the apartment entry way you are greeted by a whole wall feature piece. The appealing hessian-wrapped vintage pin board and mirror stand is a unique find which offers practical hooks to easily hang things out of the way when you come back from the beach.

LIGHT LIVING

Being a cosy floor plan, typical of beach side apartments in this area, natural light is paramount. As such the home is decorated in an all white scheme, to bounce light from the balcony window around the space.

To keep things interesting additional timber wood panelling adorns the living room walls, executed in the same crisp white paint as the rest of the property ? this finish updates the feel of the space, with a nod to the nautical origins of the locale.

Furnishings throughout the main living area mix periods and styles, but one choice is evident; clean lines and raw woods create a low-key designer vibe. Both the coffee table and sideboard have a classic feel to them but look far from retro in the neutral scheme. All of this is further accented by home wares with bold graphic typography as points of interest, like an oversized tin letter and framed sailing flag. A rattan rug adds a sense of hand-woven warmth, whilst overhead cleverly clustered matching pendants in a group of three are used to striking visual affect.

The dining arrangement is open plan to the main living, with the choice of industrial style dining chairs of on-trend appearance. The walls themselves are bare except for a sunburst mirror over the linen-covered lounge, and the clever collection of vintage postcard arranged as a simple hand-made artwork, temporarily collaged to the dining room wall. Street and water views are available from the top floor balcony.

SERENE SLUMBER

The all-white outlook continues to the bedrooms, where even a white-washed wardrobe enhances the barley-there scheme. Here in the main bedroom the guests are introduced to accents of red, with great vintage finds like the stack of suitcases which double as extra storage space.

In the second bedroom there are two single beds arranged side by side and a built in robe. Playful nautical elements like life rings mounted on the wall adds a sense of whimsy in the bedrooms. Additional porta cot and trundle are available on request.

UTILITY PLUS

In the bathroom simple white tiling creates a clean, updated space. A claw foot bath adds instant personality, with the addition of a free standing vanity with square basin to keep the look modern.

The kitchen also favours white for the main surfaces, with open shelving to display attractive collections of crockery and unique fish-print wall paper.

The apartment is located at perfect place

I've stayed a week at the apartment. and had great times including sun rising, sun set and very good breakfast with beach. The apartment is located where I could feel the nature it self very well.

The room was clean and manager was so kind always

Internet line was wired but didn't work at that time.
My wife used a near laundret, that way was convenient and we can enjoy chat with a cup of coffee during washing and drying.
