Welcome to our beach retreat in beautiful Redfish Village at Blue Mountain Beach! If you are ready to get away and relax for a week, you have come to the right place. Take a dip in our large pool or walk to the private Redfish Village beach access just 1/10 mile away (there is a free tram service in the spring/summer season). The pool is even heated on weekends during the cooler months of the year. Dad can brush up on his golf game at The Santa Rosa Beach Golf Course, while Mom rejuvenates at The Aesthetic Clinique, which is located right in Redfish Village. At the end of an invigorating day, indulge at The Creamery with your favorite ice cream flavor.
If you like to exercise while on vacation, there is no better place to ride bikes than on the Scenic Highway 30A bike path that runs approximately 20 miles from Rosemary Beach to the west end of 30A. There are several bike rental shops in the area that will deliver bicycles right to your door. Our private veranda area would be an ideal place to keep your bikes at night and while you are away from the property. You can ride west to visit Petunia's gift shop, and the shops at Gulf Place. While you're there, enjoy lunch at the Smiling Fish Cafe or possibly at Stinky's Fish Camp. A little further west is a local favorite, Elmo's Grill (just next door is a beautiful garden shop).
If you ride east from Redfish Village, you will soon come to Grayton Beach, WaterColor, and then the famous village of Seaside. Take a few minutes to enjoy the art at The Blue Giraffe in WaterColor, or the Artist Colony in Seaside. No stop at Seaside is complete without a visit to the Modica Market, a family-owned and operated gourmet and specialty market right in the town square. Walk in and you will take a step back in time. At that moment you will congratulate yourself for choosing the right venue for your family vacation.
After an active but relaxing day in our beach community, it will be time to treat yourself to one of the fine restaurants along 30A. For a casual upscale beach bar and restaurant experience, you won’t go wrong at The Red Bar in Grayton Beach. Be sure to sample the best crab cakes this side of Maryland! If it's Italian you are craving, visit Borago in Grayton Beach right on Hwy 30A. If you find yourself in Seaside close to sunset, drop in to Bud 'n Alleys and ask for a table upstairs. As the sun sets on a beautiful day over the Gulf you will swear you are in paradise! You'll find more dressy casual locals at the new 'V' in Seagrove Beach or at Café 30A, one of the mainstays. If you are adventurous, have an after dinner cocktail and desert around the pool in Alys Beach, then dance the night away at the Old Florida Fish House.

Vacation Home Manager
We are a family from Houston that has been drawn to the 30A beaches of South Walton County for years. We can take a Southwest flight in the morning from Houston to the Northwest Beaches International Airport and be in Redfish Village in time for lunch. We go whenever we can and hope that our guests enjoy our unit and the area as much as we do.
Redfish Village is in Blue Mountain Beach, a small beach community just west of Grayton Beach and WaterColor. It is close enough to all the activities along 30A without being in a crowded area. Besides the area and surroundings, what really sold us was the quality of construction at Redfish Village. We have never been in a beach community condo unit that compares to the quality of Redfish Village. We finally found one where the developer did not cut the typical corners and we knew it was right for us. The price was right and we knew that, all things considered, it would be a good investment for us.
