Nice, small, quaint

This place was nice, good location but not on lake and no lake access at all which was disappointing. The beds were kind of hard and older but the house was very clean and well kept and the owners and managers of the property were very nice and helpful.
Owner's Response: Thanks for the feedback. In response, we would like to correct the following:
- All bedframes and mattresses were purchased new, one year ago, from Ikea. Firmness of mattresses is always subjective; however, we will take this as a cue to purchase some mattress toppers.
- Our header/description says, "Behind Lake Austin Marina.......;" does not say "on the lake."
- Regarding lake access, there is a marina in front of our property (Lake Austin Marina) that has an area to launch boats for its customers. Customer was also advised of two other marinas just down the street approx. 1/4 mile (Westlake Beach and another directly beside it). Also advised of a public launch across the lake from the property (less than 10 min. drive). It is the high season on Lake Austin and boat slips are at a premium; therefore, it is unrealistic for last-minute travelers to expect to get slips the week surrounding July 4th without advance preparation, especially for large (30 ft.) boats.
-We will investigate the protocol for accessing the lake from the marinas and launch areas in our neighborhood, so that we may better inform customers.
