We invite you to come stay at our beautiful lake resort villa! If you love the water - this is the place to be. This 2 bedroom unit has 2 king beds and the best view at the resort. The pictures of the lake below are all taken from the huge veranda of this villa. It is fully-equipped with everything you need. Not too crowded and handicapped accessible.

Unfortunately due to low rain levels - the boat ramp is not in service - but the amenities are still some of the nicest you will find at any resort and Brizo's burgers are fabulous! The fabulous lake and pool view from this villa are unaffected. You will not find a better view or nicer, cleaner place at this resort. It is a 2nd floor unit.

Plan your next getaway on an Island Paradise! Come to the Island on Lake Travis. The Island on Lake Travis Resort offers two lake front swimming pools/hot tubs, a gorgeous indoor pool and spa, two tennis courts, shuffleboard, boat ramp, optional boat slips and covered parking - also glass elevators!

In December of 2008 the new amenities center opened which includes an indoor pool, indoor hot tub, his & her saunas with dressing areas, Lakefront workout facility, and Brizo's Restaurant & Bar is open Thursday - Saturday 4pm -1am weekends. You can pet the deer that are tame and sing at Brizos on Friday nights. Groceries are 15 minutes away in the friendliest town in Texas - Lago Vista. This is one of the nicest resorts I have ever stayed in. - from Chris P. one of our many renters..

Golf: There are several very nice public golf courses in Lago Vista, Horseshoe Bay, Austin and surrounding areas. Many people from the North come and stay for a month in the winter just to play all of the fabulous surrounding golf courses.

Ski: There are local boat rentals and as long as we aren't having a drought you can bring your boat and launch it here.. Free boat and trailer parking available.

Notes: The resort is very wheelchair accessible and has lovely glass, air-conditioned elevators. This is a very nice unit.

Our family has stayed in Villa #1224 many times. We love renting from Kirsten and Ron as you can always count on a clean unit that is nicely furnished and a beautiful view of the lake and pool. Everything you would need is available in this Villa. Thank you Ron and Kirsten for allowing us to rent from you. It is always a pleasure!!

Lago Vista condo view is awesome

My husband and I met my sister and her husband for a long weekend at Lago Vista. We were in town for a baby dedication in Austin and Lago Vista was a wonderful place to stay for a few days. The condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony was awesome. We looked over the pool and hot tub area and then on to the lake. A storm blew through one night and the lightening show was like fireworks. The condo is well laid out and furnished nicely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was a lot of fun to cook in and had plenty of spices and other cooking items in case you forgot to bring something. Every one that we met in the condo area were really friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed working with Ron and Kirsty and plan to go again one day.
