Lovely Townhouse close to everything

We rented this property from a former rental agency and owner. This property was sold in April 2012. Therefore, our review is general.
This is a lovely townhouse located in the heart of Old Town. It has a large secluded deck on the street side, and a large dining area/deck on the pool side with French doors that open onto the deck area. The upstairs bedrooms open onto a wrap-around porch that has a covered deck area overlooking the pool. All these areas were very pleasant and we never could decide just which deck we wanted to sit on any given day.
Pool is quite large and deep, but very well maintained. It is shared with 2 other properties, one of which is a rental. Pool does have a heater, but can be expensive to keep heated over long periods of time.
The property is within walking distance to Fausto's grocery, and many restaurants and coffee shops such as Sandy's Cafe, Matthesons, Mo's, El Sobeny, Flaming Buoys, and 7-Fish. Since we have a dog, we were also thrilled that we could bike or walk only 5 blocks to the Dog Park and White Street Pier every day!
This property is very pleasant and quiet; you would never know that you are only a few blocks from Duval Street!
