5 Stars are not enough!
If you are doing a bit of 'fence sitting' trying to decide between rental properties- STOP! This is the perfect place for a family gathering. My family of twelve had the pleasure of staying here last week for our daughters wedding in Charleston. Offering all the ammenities of home and then some, we were so pleased! Plenty of space so you never feel cramped and the kitchen is large enough for multiple cooks. My husband determined it lacked for nothing in his attempts to cook for everyone. Everything is labeled for easy access- light switches, drawers, instructions for tv remotes and appliances. The tweens and teens in our group were thrilled with the gameroom stocked with video games, books, table and board games. How thrilled I was to find a book I had been meaning to read was riht there on the book shelf. I spent one entire afternoon lounging on the porch, reading and gazing at the sea. The master bedroom suite is inviting and has a closet so spacious it was a perfect spot for the baby in our group to rest quiet and comfortably. Beach access is practically across the street with shopping just a few miles away. We were able to park four sedans in the basement garage so parking was not an issue. I jogged around the block several mornings and found the community to be very friendly. Our family is already planning a return trip. Thanks Kathy and Jim! Your attention to detail and the needs of your guests deserve more than 5 stars.
