Photos and Description of the Naples vacation rental Detached 4 bed 3 bath villa with heated pool in gated community.

Royal Palms were built in 2000 in the well known popular central location of Briarwood community. It is a spacious well equipped 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villas with private south facing electric heated pool, located on a quiet road only 10 minutes drive from Old Naples. It is extremely well equipped with two bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms. All the bedrooms are larger than normal and the twin bedroom boast two full size beds. The villa is equipped with far more than usual, lots of towels, beach chairs, etc, and also has the benefit of high speed internet on site. There is a local manager to ensure guests have a carefree vacation and all one needs to bring with you are personal belongings

Convinient location.: Briarwood is a popular location for vacation rentals being so close to Old Naples. This quiet community now also benefits from its close proximity to a new interstate junction , being about 2 miles, hence making all the areas attractions very accessible. The photographs clearly show the quality of furnishings but do not show how very well equipped is this homely villa. Truely home from home for vacationers.

Good villa, but payment problems

The villa is very nice and spacious situated in a very quit area about 10 minutes away from the marvelous beaches at Naples.
So that’s a good reason to book.
Unfortunately the issues about the payment gave mixed feelings.
We paid a bond which was never returned!
No feedback whatsoever and least of all a reason for doing so.
I don’t know whether this is “normal” but better you are aware of this additional cost.

Owner's Response: We have been renting for the last 6 years and would not be able to if bonds were not returned.
According to our records the bond was posted to the client within our 21 day period after the client departed and the funds show as paid on our bank statement.
So why has the client not contacted us?
