A sanctuary of modern minimalism in the heart of South Austin.

There are 2 beds to sleep 4, and long sofas in living room that can accommodate an additional 2 people.

The floor plan is spacious and welcoming, and the property is outfitted with all the comforts of home. It's completely furnished, with a King bed and Full Sleeper Sofa, WIFI, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer and awesome outdoor living area.

**Bus route right by house drops you off at Bouldin & Barton Springs - the main road into ACL, and continues on into Downtown**
