Private villa - For memorable holidays with your family and/or friends, from 1 to 9 people maximum.

The 400 sq.m house is set on a wooded 3,500 sq.m plot of land.

Mucuna house is a very high-standard villa, located in an idyllic garden, right on the waterfront. In this villa, guests enjoy both a spacious, luxury and comfortable area worthy of a 5 star hotel, and the privacy, sobriety and simplicity of a family house life.

Highlights:

Villa secured with an automatic gate at the entrance. You can, of course, park your vehicle (up to 4 cars) within the villa compound.

A housekeeper does the cleaning 3 times a week and changes the sheets weekly (cooking is additional).

Gardener and pool maintenance technician twice a week.

These amenities (cleaning, gardener and pool maintenance person) are included in the rental price.

Notes

  • The basic rental rate is € 3,500 for 7 nights and 9 people.
    This price rises a little during Christmas and New Year holidays.

    Rental from Saturday to Saturday is not compulsory.

    We are asking for a cheque corresponding to 50 % of the total amount to confirm booking.
    Balance is to be paid on the day of arrival, upon key hand over.

    A security deposit cheque of € 2,000 (will not be cashed unless damages are noticed) will also be required upon arrival.
  • Contractual booking deposit: 50% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR2,000.00
