Attractive air conditioned property completed in 2007 suitable for couples or family use. Overlooking Zante. Many undiscovered beaches. Easy access to Kamina, Mounda and Skala beaches, ideal for children. Ideally placed for both Skala and Katelios, offering supermarkets, restaurants and tavernas. Master bedroom and twin bedroom both with ensuite shower and balcony. Stairs lead down to open plan living area, large house bathroom with bath and third bedroom/living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. The large utility room has a sink and washing machine. Bedroom 3 leads onto the veranda and beautiful garden. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. The comfortably furnished lounge and dining area with access to the veranda and garden (with patio furniture and barbeque) offers further fabulous views over the sea to Zante. The property is ideally situated for both beach lovers and those wishing to explore.

Ratzakli is situated between the small fishing village of Katelios and Skala. The property enjoys views of nearby olive groves at the side and then a wonderful panorama of the sea and the island of Zante to the front. Skala, just a ten minute drive away, offers supermarkets, ATMs, tavernas, pharmacies, newsagents and boutiques and has a wide expanse of beach complete with umbrellas and sunbeds. Katelios has a much slower pace of life, with a small supermarket and restaurants on the beach. Ratzakli is on the bus route to the capital Argostoli, which is just over half an hour away. A five minute drive from the house takes you down to Kaminia and Mounda beaches, both wonderful for sunbathing and swimming. The road to Poros offers many unspoilt lagoons and beaches.

Villa Ratzakli è molto accogliente, pulita e ben equipaggiata.
I mobili sono di buon gusto e la cucina pratica e facile da usare.
Ha una bella vista e la terrazza di pomeriggio è molto calda. Ma in due stanze da letto c'è l'aria condizionata che in Grecia è quasi indispensabile! Proporrei a Michael e Jane di predisporre una tettoia per riparare il tavolo esterno dal sole.
Anche se Skala (il paese vicino) non è un granché la spiaggia sotto casa Kaminia Beach è veramente bella, poco affollata e con un acqua meravigliosa.
Un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
