2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 3-6)

We call it 'Yellow'. It's a unique cottage home sitting on the edge of the mountain overlooking a beautiful panoramic view of the Tennessee River. The home has a 'beachy' feel to it when you arrive..but you are not on the beach at all. You are on Sand Mountain. This home has all you need for 2-4 people with 2 private queen bedrooms, each with a separate full bath. New leather sofa in the living/kitchen combo and table for 4. Fresh paint throughout..all new.

Sit awhile on the rear deck to enjoy this wonderful view... and spectacular sunsets, grill out..its a bit distance from a grocery store, so pick up the groceries along the way, because once you get here, you will not want to leave.

I enjoyed my visit, view was excellent. Very relaxing time. I would recommend this rental to my friends. It has a kitchenette. Enjoyed early morning coffee on the porch watching the wild life.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Romantic Getaway
