4 bedrooms, each with private bath, easily accomodates 4 couples

This recently built and immaculately maintained 4-bedroom home in upscale neighborhood is large enough (3800 square feet) to comfortably accomodate up to 4 couples. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Two bedrooms are on the main floor, the other two are upstairs. Whether you are a Tar Heel or a Blue Devil fan, you'll only be a short drive away from UNC or Duke. After the game, feel free to use the outdoor gas grill on the back patio, or enjoy your favorite drinks on our screened-in porch. Or both! No inside smoking and no pets. Please obtain advance approval before making a reservation if you want to bring any children under 16.

Why stay in a crampled motel room?: This luxurious home will make any visit to Chapel Hill or Durham an enjoyable experience. Instead of being stuck in a cramped motel room near a busy highway, why not stay in a beautifully well-appointed home in a quiet residential neighborhood? We also have a screened in porch and an outside gas grill.

Carolina Tar Heels or Duke Blue Devils?: This home is about a 10 minute drive from UNC and 15 minutes from Duke. Whether you are a Tar Heels fan or a Blue Devils fan -- we are color blind! May the best team win!

Close to Blue Ridge Mountains and Carolina beaches: We are about a 3 hour drive from either the Blue Ridge Mountains or the fantastic North Carolina beaches. We are also 25 miles from our capital city of Raleigh, with lots to see and do. History buffs will also enjoy visiting Hillsborough - a 15 minute drive away. Civil War sites and the Duke Homestead are easily accessible in nearby Durham.

The house is quite large and in excellent shape. We had plenty of room to cook and relax. The house is in an quiet, upscale neighborhood and less than a 15 minute drive from the heart of Chapel Hill. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a wonderful home away from home! Our 2 families were in Chapel Hill to visit our father-in-law living near by for an early Christmas reunion. The sparkling clean house had everything we could possibly need including the Christmas tree! I am picky when it comes to bedding and towels - but it was all like new! Everyone claimed to have the best nights sleep! We would love to stay here again! Hands down - better than a hotel stay! Thank you Eric and Susan!

Modern, spacious, and immaculate

The home was extremely clean and well-appointed. With four bedrooms and four baths, there was plenty of room for an extended family visit to attend a wedding. Large screen televisions and Dish channels in comfortable surroundings provided for entertainment and relaxation. All modern conveniences were provided in full kitchen, and dining room easily seats 10 people. A screened-in porch provided the perfect setting for that first morning cup of coffee. If you are looking for an extremely clean and spacious home for a short visit, this is the place.

This is a beautiful, well maintained home. Perfect for our small group attending graduation at UNC. A much nicer option than a local hotel. Very easy rental process.

We rented this home for our family because my daughter's wedding was in Chapel Hill. What a wonderful time we had! So much better than a hotel. The home was gorgeous, spotless, and the open floor plan added to the group's enjoyment. Eric and Susan were lovely to talk to and very thorough. Every detail was taken care of without effort. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.
