Condo, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 10)

Relax and enjoy this cozy, but spacious 1600 square foot condo nestled near the Lincoln National Forest with soft views of the Sierra Blanca Mountain. Enjoy sitting on the deck and watching the deer each morning and evening. Elk and wild mustangs can be seen on the grounds. In the winter, enjoy winter activities or shopping all day and in the evening relax under the bright stars while enjoying the hot tub. Casinos, horseracing, golf, skiing, tubing, hiking, trail rides, mountain biking, shopping, antique shopping, wine tasting, galleries, and White Sands are all nearby. You will not be bored vacationing here. Our condo has an open floor plan downstairs, with 3 bedrooms upstairs, and 1 down. Many games and movies for your enjoyment, as well as books for your reading pleasure. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils & pots & pans for any event. Bring food & settle in for the duration.

However, be sure to treat your pallets to a few of the great restaurants on Mechum, and Sudderth, a short drive from your door.

Amazing Time

After many unforseen challenges, we had an amazing time and brought home some VERY funny and interesting stories. The condo was great and the hot tub offered relief to some very sore muscles after skiing for 6-8 hours! We woiuld love to come back again and stay her for another ski adventure! Your condo was SUPER clean and comfy! We loved making dinner here and relaxing at night!!!

Our family had a great time at your condo. We had great access to Ski Apache, tubing, and downtown Ruidoso is a beautiful place to spend the winter. It was a great setting to bring in the New YUear as well. Thank you for the fantastic accommodations.
