The apartment is 1.5 blocks away from the subway that will zip you into Manhattan in 20 minutes. We are located in one of the most desirable and safest neighborhoods in Brooklyn. Come and go as late as you want because you are safe to travel at all times in this area.

We really love the apt, it truly had everything and anything you might need, my only recommendation for the owners is to take care of the entrance, just a lil cosmetic help will do the trick!. That's the first impression you get and ours wasn't great at all, once you get to the apt you see how caring they are about the apt so we were wondering why the entrance looked so forgotten. Apart from that... the zone it's amazing and the park across the street is priceless.

Great clean, quiet apartment

My boyfriend and I stayed at the apartment for 3 days over New Years, and we were really happy with the place. It was a clean, quiet place, and really decently sized - we had plenty of room for the two of us. The kitchen had a ton of tea and coffee, and the dishes were handy for the snacks we had - I wish we had had more time to cook! I love the walk in closet which also had board games and children's books for people with kids. Jon, the owner, was very easy to get ahold of via email - very responsive and pleasant to work with. We were even able to check out late on the last day, which saved us from lugging our big suitcase all around Manhattan.

I definitely recommend this place and would easily stay there again. The location was fantastic, and I would have liked more time to explore the area, especially 7th Ave.

Cute place

The space was very clean and comfortable and nicely fixed up. I wasn't sure what to make of it at first as the curb appeal is a little different from the neighbors, but once we settled in we felt like locals. The location is awesome. Be sure to explore 7th. It's block after block of everything you need, from mom-and-pop grocery stores and laundries to excellent wine bars, restaurants and gastropubs. The only regret I have in my stay is that I didn't allocate more time exploring the immediate neighborhood.

Subway access is excellent as well. It was no problem to get anywhere in Manhattan by going to the nearby subway station. A great place to stay and we hope that we can book it on our next trip to NYC.

For sure one of the best neighbourhoods in NY. Wonderfull park exactly in front of the place, Cinema, bars, grocery, laundry and Subway station in two minutes walk.
Very suitable place for family with children.
The owner helped in any matter.
The appartment equiped with all new supplies.

this was a great find!! the best location in brooklyn, clean, tons of light, the owner thought of everything, and couldn't have been more hospitable. was super flexible and understanding. modern and comfortable atmosphere. location is safe and less than 2 mins away from the metro. would definitely stay again, will be recommending to all of my friends.
