Located in the exclusive Sunridge Woods complex, you will be only minutes away from Walt Disney World resort, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Legoland. And for the golfers, again within 10 minutes drive, you can access, World renowned golf courses, The ChampionsGate, The Mystic Dunes , The Highland Reserves, The Providence Golf Club and Ridgewood Country club.

If you prefer to relax at the Sunrise Villa, it offers an incredible pool and spa patio with sun all day. With no neighbors in the back you will enjoy outdoor / pool life with complete privacy.

Our villa is family owned so, we do understand the importance of every detail that will make your vacation memorable and a real success.

The Sunrise villa is fully equipped with flat screens TV, High Speed Internet access, Wi-Fi network, and free long distance calls to USA and Canada.

Sunridge Woods is an exclusive and peaceful community of private homes set within a conservation area with attractive Wetlands to the front of the development.

There is a lake with stunning views and an abundance of wildlife at all times throughout the year, you may be lucky to spot Giant Gopher Tortoises, Vultures, American Bald Eagles, Peregrine Falcons, Red Cardinals to name a few.

Although a very peaceful community, Sunridge Woods is less than 10 minutes away from Highway 192 with its abundance of shops and restaurants that cater for a wide variety of tastes.

Grocery supermarket is 5 minutes away.

From the I-4 interstate, you can easily drive to both the East and West Coasts of Florida , enjoying a day at the beach or visiting places of interest , from the Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona to St Pete’s and Sarasota.

Sunshine at last...

This was our 1st time for renting a holiday home....and what a fantastic one it is!..
We could not have asked for more. EVERYTHING we could have wanted in a home from home was provided. We had a greeting comittee at the front door the first morning. 3 great big birds arrived to welcome us. We were told they were the resident Sand Hill Cranes.
This home gave us spacious living for all 6 of us. Our sons really enjoyed the pool , and us, well. the spa at night was so peacefull and with the stars to look up to at night was so romantic. The home was well presented and the Managers, Luke and Erin, were extremly helpful when we asked for places to visit off the beaten track. you have to try Manny's in Haines City for their steaks..
Would we return?...hell yes....tomorrow, we still have snow in Canmore. Will definately return and bring our friends.

We stayed at the Sunrise Villa for 5 days in March and were so pleased with our decision to rent a house vs. staying at a hotel. The Sunrise Villa was just as advertised. It was very easy to book the home and simple check in and out.

The home was equipped with everything you need. We really enjoyed the pool, spa and game room. Having a full kitchen and laundry was an added bonus - much better than a hotel room.

There was a Publix very close by for grabbing groceries. Disney World was a very short drive - we took the back roads there.

We would definitely stay here again and would recommend both the Sunrise Villa and Homeaway.com to anyone.

The pool was a great place to unwind........

We had a great stay in this home...so relaxing, and something for every one,even pleanty of board games for the whole family to play .The Grand Children enjoyed their bedrooms, really made the girls feel like "Princess" the whole time..the Big Boys played pool and darts well into the wee hours....
Every thing was provided, couldn't have wanted more for our weeks stay. Plenty of room out on the pool deck for every one too. So peacefull & not overlooked
Perfect holiday had by all.
We will definatley be back.

FANTASTIC HOME! RELAXING POOL AREA!

We stayed at this charming Villa for 10 days and didn't want to leave. The warm and inviting feeling right as soon as you walk in the door was more than we expected.
Very clean and well maintained, the decor is vibrant and cheery supplemented with all and more conveniences that we needed. We looked forward to relax by the pool and spa after the hectic pace at the Disney Parks and other vacation attractions that are so close in proximity. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed which allowed us to comfortably dine in, although, very close to restaurants as well.
When we decided to try a house rental instead of a hotel we could have never picked a spot with more appeal. This house had us feeling right at home from the moment we walked in. The children enjoyed the gameroom and we all found the house a great way to wind down after a long day on the trot.
Owners were very accomodating to our questions and thanks a million times over for the use of your beautiful home.
We highly recommend this vacation home, where the owners strive to make your vacation a wonderful lifetime memory.
We will be back... for sure!
