These apartments are ideally located, situated on the 3rd and 4th floors. Both apartments have been refurbished, (November 2008) to a very high standard. The resort itself has 2 outdoor pools and and indoor pool, and houses its own Clubhouse providing regular entertainment, and there are Children’s activities to occupy them throughout the day. There are many attractions within walking distance that a car is not a necessity. The beach is within 5 minutes walk, along with excellent bars and restaurants. Tivoli World, a family theme park, is within 15 minutes walk up the hill, as is the cable car which takes you up to Monte Calamorro. Parque Paloma is within 5 minutes walk, in there you will find Selwo Marine which is home to Dolphins, Sea Lions and Exotic Birds. Mijas and Torremolinos Aqua Parks are 20 minutes drive away, as are Fuengirola Zoo and Torrequebrada Golf.

Bedroom 1 with a double bed, bedside tables, and wardrobes. Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, bedside table, and wardrobes. Bathroom comprising bath with shower over, washbasin, WC and bidet. Fitted kitchen with electric hob, oven fridge cupboards and work top, and microwave. Lounge with double sofa bed, and sofa, coffee table and dining table. It has a ceiling fan and free standing fan, and 2 heaters. There is satellite TV for non subscription channels, and a multi regional DVD player. This apartment has a large balcony which has sun all day. Part of the balcony is covered for shade and part uncovered. There is also a built-in barbecue on the balcony. The resort has WiFi for internet use, and there is an on-site Laundrette.

Located 5 mins from beach, 5 mins to the beautiful Selwo Marina with its dolphins and sea lions show this joins the park with its pink flamingos; 15min up the hill is a typical Spanish town of arroya de la meil with a train station and lovely restaurants. Also there is Tivoli World a family theme park with everything from roller coaster to flemenco dancing. From the resort a 20 minute walk takes you to the beautiful Marina in Benalmadena with extensive restaurants and bars.

  • £100.00 non refundable deposit required to confirm booking. Balance is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
    Midweek changeovers, and shorter stay bookings are considered upon request.
    A security deposit of £100 is required. This will be refunded to you once the keys are returned and the apartment has been checked following your departure. This is payable along with the balance.
    You are able to enter the apartment from 2pm, and are asked to vacate by 10.30am on your departure day.

    For a extra charge of £20 Welcome packs can be left at the apartment ready for your arrival these consist of fresh milk,tea,coffee,sugar,bottle of wine and pack of beers and bottle of water

Excellent apartment and facilities. Clean and well equipped.
Complex good, be aware the outdoor pools close at the end of season.
No good for prams/buggies due to massive hill to the top of the complex (where our apartment was) although there is a gate at the bottom with approx 15 steps or so.
In all great apartment.
