The newly designer remodeled unit is the perfect beachfront vacation site on the Grand Strand! The 10th floor end-unit offers a private balcony with beautiful beach and ocean views on one side and golf and marsh views on the other.

The 1,800 sq-ft of new renovations include new kitchen appliance upgrades and granite countertops, washer/dryer inside, secure wireless internet, LCD flat screen TVs, new light fixtures, fans, carpet, and wood molding.

Amenities: Swimming pool, grilling area with tables, 2 tennis courts, private parking, 24 hr. security.

The Brigadune location is a 10 minute walk to the walking and fishing pier and a 5 minute drive to Barefoot Landing, House of Blues, Tanger Outlets, golf courses, mall with a large cinema, famous seafood restaurants, dozens of miniature golf courses (putt-putt), aquarium, waterparks, etc.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in 10F Brigadune. The ambiance is very relaxing. The condo is immaculately maintained and spacious. The waterfront views are delightful. The beach is very family friendly for swimming, walking, or sunning. Local eateries and putt putt are close by. The owner is very easy to talk to. I highly recommend 10F and hope I can return soon.

FABULOUS! Highly recommend this beach front condo!

We always have a FABULOUS vacation in 10F. The owners keep the condo very clean and are very easy to work with. We have a baby so we love the privacy, kitchen, and washer and dryer! (thank goodness) We love the front beach access and close proximity to shopping and great restaurants!! Highly recommend!!

Owner's Response: Thank-you for your nice review! My family has owned this condominium since the mid 1970's and we have loved spending time there. Recently, I updated the unit with flat screen TVs, fans, trimwork, washer and dryer inside (got tired of remembering quarters!), granite in kitchen, and secure wireless internet (got tired of going to lobby with laptop!) The location is nice in that in one direction is the pier and more action and the other direction the beach is quieter and nice for walks. It is strategically located so that one can reach the Tanger Oulets, movie cinema, mall, good restaurants, super Wal Mart, and grocery stores without getting on the main highway. Ocean Annie's beach bar is a 5 minute walk on the beach and the pier is a 10 minute walk.
