Whether you are a business professional on extended assignment or a family looking for a well deserved summer getaway, this extended-stay residence promises you a home away from home. Centrally located with easy access to highway 90, this condo is within 3 miles of the University of Montana, within 1 mile of Missoula’s historical downtown, locale of the Rocky Mountain School of Photography, and within a half mile of St. Patrick’s Hospital. The university offers 2 theaters, an art gallery and sports venues featuring the Montana Grizzlies football and Lady Griz basketball teams. The downtown scene offers The Missoula Art Museum, The Missoula Symphony, the nationally know Missoula Children’s Theater, the Hip Strip and a First Friday event once a month. From May through September there are 3 Saturday markets offering Farm to Table produce and products as well as beautifully crafted items from local artists.

Further Details: Missoula also has over 22 miles of hiking and biking trails to enjoy during our great outdoor months. There are bikes on site for your enjoyment as well as an encouragement to travel “green” around town and the university.

The condo is nested among 8 units in 2 buildings that face each other and overlook a lovely landscaped courtyard. There is a communal umbrella table and plenty of seating to enjoy the cool evenings watching the sun set over the mountains. There is a carport space with a small storage closet. Inside the condo, approximately 1000 sq. ft. is divided into 2 bedrooms and a full bath upstairs with the living area, kitchen and a half bath downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare as gourmet a meal as you like or you can choose from numerous downtown restaurants that offer free delivery. There is also a new full service Safeway a short bike ride away.

It had all I needed!

Thank you again, June, for making my stay at your condo in Missoula so pleasant. Everything was as described, and I felt at home immediately. The place was clean and easy to keep clean with the provided vacuum. It was fantastic that my dog was allowed to stay there with me. We both enjoyed almost two weeks of hiking the hills around Missoula when we were not catching up with friends. Even though we took the car to most places, it is possible to walk downtown from this location; I would estimate it would take 20 min through pleasant neighbourhoods.
You went above and beyond to make sure that the Internet connection was fast enough for my work. And having a dinner including wine wait for us when we arrived was a wonderful gesture. We hope to return in the future!

It is Just Like Home

This condo on the Northside of Missoula is a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay on your trip to Missoula. We have stayed several times during extended visits ( totaling a few months) and June and Grant have always been gracious hosts. They will be sure you have everything you need, even providing a welcoming bottle of wine and entree! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need should you wish to prepare meals, the beds are comfortable, there's a washer and dryer, and the neighborhood is quiet and convenient. We highly recommend a stay here!

Relaxing Stay In Missoula

Our 2 month stay at the condo was wonderfully relaxing and just what we needed to explore Missoula and the surrounding area. June, the owner, is a sweetheart and delivered to us a "weloming" treat that was beyond delicious. I can't say enough about how clean the condo was when we arrived and how well the condo was outfitted. From the kitchen to the laundry facilities, it had it all. The location was perfect for us since it was centrally located between the friends and all the family. It was a short and easy 10 minute bike ride to downtown, both farmer's markets, and the miles of bike paths. One thing I must mention is how quiet the condo was. We never heard the neighbors and actually, rarely saw them. The exception to that being Katie, so helpfull, and Izzy, a real delight.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

When I need a short term rental in Missoula again this is the first place I'll ask. Friendly and helpful land lord. I was very happy with the plush furniture and the well fitted kitchen. The neighbors were easy to tolerate since I rarely heard them. The walls between units must be extra thick. And the covered parking is a big plus.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children
