ONLY A FEW SHORT STEPS TO THE SAND AND SURF
Our property is situated in a private, quiet area. Public beach access is located one mile to the north and one mile to the south of our home. Because of this, there are very few people on the beach in the vicinity. Swim, surf, kayak or fish right from the backyard.

THE PERFECT BEACH HOUSE WITH ALL THE “BELLS AND WHISTLES”
Four (4) exterior decks offer generous outdoor living space and a myriad of options for outdoor entertaining. Multiple High Definition (HD) televisions, DVD players, and a Digital Video Recorder, finish out this seaside vacation home. Of course, no beach home would be complete without beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrellas (all included and provided at our location).
FUN, FUN, AND MORE FUN
Enjoy ocean kayaking in one of two (2) provided kayaks. Take a ride on one of our many boogie boards. Don't worry about finding the perfect sized board; we provide twenty (20) boards in assorted sizes! If you like, you can lounge and relax in our oversized outdoor beach hammock or grill a culinary masterpiece on the stainless steel barbeque grill.
KID FRIENDLY
There are two (2) bunk beds, two (2) separate twin sized beds and one (1) full sized bed (downstairs). We provide boogie boards (20), kayaks (3), lifejackets (4), sand toys, recorded Disney movies (on the DVR), and a video game system. All upstairs decks can be completely “enclosed” for small children and pets.
FOCUSED CUSTOMER SERVICE
Work together with the actual owner of the house. If desired, you will be greeted in person upon check in. 24 hour access to the owner (personal cell phone number) during your stay. Quality Control Program ensures that everything is perfect for your arrival.
EXCEPTIONAL DESIGN AND LAYOUT
One of the larger beachfront properties in the area. A unique 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom home offers nearly 1800 square feet of indoor living space. Tropical designer furnishings, artwork and accessories complete this coastal retreat. Two ocean front master suites lie on opposite ends of the home, creating their own private wing and offering exceptional options for multiple couples or families.
A PREMIER LOCATION
Downtown Saint Augustine (a popular tourist destination) is located approximately seven (7) miles to the south; far away enough from the tourist activity, but close enough for a short drive to enjoy the sites if you desired.

Pet (small dogs only) and Kid friendly. Please, No Smoking. Garage parking not available; however, there is plenty of on-site parking (driveway easily accommodates 6-8 vehicles).
*Renovated lower level has two bedrooms (#5 & #6), one bathroom (#3), and a kitchenette. Downstairs is totally separate with its own entrance, and is available for an additional charge.
