Newly completed 3 bed villa with sea views and private pool.

Beautiful new self catering 3 bed villa in the village of Peyia 10 minutes inland from the resort and sandy beach of Coral Bay. Peyia has Cypriot character and excellent amenities including pharmacy, supermarket, DVD rental shop, tavernas and even pizza delivery. The villa has a beautiful sea view and parking for 2 cars Each bedroom is en suite and the two upstairs bedrooms incorporate a large balcony again with a sea view. There is one master bedroom featuring double bed with bathroom incorporating bath/shower, and there are two other twin bedrooms with showers. There is a large lounge with TV, satellite and DVD. The lounge has large sliding doors opening to a private pool area with outdoor shower. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen/dining room. Outside is a fully landscaped garden with fruit trees so you can pick grapefruit's for breakfast or lemons for your G & T's.

Baby equipment (e.g. travel cot, high chair, potty etc) available.

There are many nearby attractions catering for all tastes. Within a ten minute drive you will find go-carting, horse-riding, a reptile park, diving, gym, beach. Paphos bird park, coral bay resort with nightlife.

Within 20 minutes drive there is the tomb of the kings, Paphos world heritage site, boat trip, Fort and aquarium.

Within 30 minutes, the Akamas peninsula, Paphos water park, golf and traditional villages including Byzantine churches.

Within 90 minutes the Troodos, Mt Olympus (highest point in Cyprus) and skiing in winter.

Cyprus also offer same day trips to Egypt.

RELAXING HOLIDAY

We stayed at the villa in July and have to say we didn't want for a thing. We found it very clean, well furnished, unoverlooked with a good view and a nice pool that was a godsend with the heat.
The booking process was effortless and there was plenty of help and advice available, if needed, from Alan the owner and the people who maintained the villa (the pool guys were good too).
The villa is well positioned for everything, a car is essential.
We found the new Lidl store near Tomb of the Kings good value for food and drink shopping. There are lots of good places to eat out and would recommend Fat Mammas.

We had a very relaxing holiday and would highly recommend this villa.
We look forward to staying here again.

Relax!!!

The villa is truely a gem! We stayed there for a week with our small child and enjoyed every minute being "at home". The terrace is great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, with a distant view of the sea and no neighbours overlooking... The pool is a must. And inside the house everything is very clean and nicely furbished. You won't miss a thing.

The villa is ideally located, bakery, supermarket and restaurants nearby, and you can reach a couple of nice beaches and good hiking opportunities by car within less than half an hour.

Last but not least, the owner is very helpful and provided us with anything we needed. The booking process and any further communication went very smooth. Thank you very much!

We can very warmly recommend the villa for a relaxing, comfortable stay in Cyprus.

we stayed at this villa in september and it was truly fantastic, from the booking process right through,the villa owner was fantastic, the villa was perfect and the location great,we would recommend chloes restaurant in paphos (there are 2) also the koohi noor in paphos. We will be back.

Superb Villa

This is a beautiful villa presented to a very high standard.
We had a wonderful holiday and found the villa ideally located to see the surrounding area. A car is useful as we found a trip to the troodos mountains a must.
The owner who was a pleasure to deal with has the support of a fantastic group of people who look after the villa to very high standard and were there if needed to offer any assistance.
The villa is in a private location and not over looked.You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Chilled Out Time in Peyia

When we first started to look at booking our main holiday this year we were hoping to find somewhere which allowed us to relax and chill out. That is exactly what we found with this villa.

There was only my wife and myself so we had plenty of space, but it would be more than comfortable for a group of friends or a small family. The pool was a god send in the afternoon.

We felt very much at home there to the point that we do not go out for one evening meal, although we went out for lunch a few times. We would highly recommend going to Latsi for lunch. We had a wonderful fish meze at a restuarant that seemed to be very popular with the locals.

The local amenities were very good including a 24 hour DVD rental shop which you can join for a returnable deposit. There are a number of supermarkets in walking distance or a short drive away.

As with the other reviews we would highly recommend that you hire car.There is lots to do, although we didn't take advantage of it, but a car just makes life easy. To be honest it was worth getting the car just to make it easier getting to and from the airport.

Both the owner and the people who maintain the villa have been excellent and will be able to offer lots advice.

If you are lucky enough to stay here enjoy!!
