Beautiful new self catering 3 bed villa in the village of Peyia 10 minutes inland from the resort and sandy beach of Coral Bay. Peyia has Cypriot character and excellent amenities including pharmacy, supermarket, DVD rental shop, tavernas and even pizza delivery. The villa has a beautiful sea view and parking for 2 cars Each bedroom is en suite and the two upstairs bedrooms incorporate a large balcony again with a sea view. There is one master bedroom featuring double bed with bathroom incorporating bath/shower, and there are two other twin bedrooms with showers. There is a large lounge with TV, satellite and DVD. The lounge has large sliding doors opening to a private pool area with outdoor shower. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen/dining room. Outside is a fully landscaped garden with fruit trees so you can pick grapefruit's for breakfast or lemons for your G & T's. Baby equipment (e.g. travel cot, high chair, potty etc) available.

There are many nearby attractions catering for all tastes. Within a ten minute drive you will find go-carting, horse-riding, a reptile park, diving, gym, beach. Paphos bird park, coral bay resort with nightlife. Within 20 minutes drive there is the tomb of the kings, Paphos world heritage site, boat trip, Fort and aquarium. Within 30 minutes, the Akamas peninsula, Paphos water park, golf and traditional villages including Byzantine churches. Within 90 minutes the Troodos, Mt Olympus (highest point in Cyprus) and skiing in winter. Cyprus also offer same day trips to Egypt.

As this villa is new, we are offering it at less than we would normally charge. We would welcome all feedback ,and those who contribute and then return ,will be able to do so next year in the same rental period at the same price.

Superb Villa

This is a beautiful villa presented to a very high standard.
We had a wonderful holiday and found the villa ideally located to see the surrounding area. A car is useful as we found a trip to the troodos mountains a must.
The owner who was a pleasure to deal with has the support of a fantastic group of people who look after the villa to very high standard and were there if needed to offer any assistance.
The villa is in a private location and not over looked.You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

Chilled Out Time in Peyia

When we first started to look at booking our main holiday this year we were hoping to find somewhere which allowed us to relax and chill out. That is exactly what we found with this villa.

There was only my wife and myself so we had plenty of space, but it would be more than comfortable for a group of friends or a small family. The pool was a god send in the afternoon.

We felt very much at home there to the point that we do not go out for one evening meal, although we went out for lunch a few times. We would highly recommend going to Latsi for lunch. We had a wonderful fish meze at a restuarant that seemed to be very popular with the locals.

The local amenities were very good including a 24 hour DVD rental shop which you can join for a returnable deposit. There are a number of supermarkets in walking distance or a short drive away.

As with the other reviews we would highly recommend that you hire car.There is lots to do, although we didn't take advantage of it, but a car just makes life easy. To be honest it was worth getting the car just to make it easier getting to and from the airport.

Both the owner and the people who maintain the villa have been excellent and will be able to offer lots advice.

If you are lucky enough to stay here enjoy!!

I would just like to thank you and let you know that your villa is absolutely beautiful. We had a fantastic holiday and the description of the villa was very accurate. The villa is furnished to a very high standard and very clean and well maintained. The facilities in the villa were outstanding and this makes the villa feel like home. The outdoor area and pool are fantastic. There are many facilities in Coral Bay and surrounding areas and a car is needed to access these. I would recommend this property to anyone who likes home comforts on their holiday. Cyprus is a beautiful country and the people are kind and friendly. There is a chemist, doctors and Dentist in Peyia and lots of restaurants and supermarkets. We hope to come back soon for another amazing holiday.

Tip Top Holiday

Our family (3 adults, 3 teenagers) stayed at this villa for 2 weeks from the 5 July. The villa was beautifully clean on arrival and there was a welcome pack awaiting us in the well equiped kitchen. The villa is the last one in a row of about 5 and isn't overlooked at all. The bedrooms are all lovely, particularly the two upstairs bedrooms that both open onto a large balcony that is perfect for that last drink before you go to bed. You can easily see the sea and the moon's reflection in it from the balcony - very romantic! The whole villa is well fitted out, right down to a big box of toys and inflatables by the pool - and it wasn't the teenagers who got the most fun and use out of these either! As the villa is brand new taxi drivers weren't always too sure of where to pick us up but arranging to be picked up at the Peyia sports stadium (2 minute walk) solved that. The village of Peyia has everything you could need (except maybe a beach!) - two or three supermarkets, plenty of tavernas, two butchers, a pharmacy, banks etc. etc. If you feel energetic Coral Bay is a 40-45 minute walk - nearly all downhill. We hired two cars in Coral Bay -a nice air conditioned car and a jeep. From Peyia it is easy to get to Latchi where there is a really, really nice beach. It is not crowded at all and is lined with tavernas - what more could you ask for? An absolute MUST DO is a visit to the Troodos mountains. They are spectacular. No matter how hot it is at the coast it seems much fresher in the mountains - still hot, but just fresh. Another MUST is a visit to Far Mama's. You just turn up and wait in their bar until a table is free. The food is good (and there's lots of it) and their floor show, although cheesy, is really good fun. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday and we were very sorry to leave. The villa felt like a home from home and we have no hesitation in recommending it to others. Be warned though, you do need a car.
