2nd floor studio apartment with galley kitchen and luxury Queen size bed. To keep things comfortable the apartment has air conditioning/heating and leather lounge.To relax the apartment has a 32' High defn LCD TV with digital tuner, DVD player and Stereo.

This studio is at the side of the block and has large balcony with outside table and chairs offering a peaceful haven to relax after a day out in St Kilda.

This apartment is virtually identicial to Beach House on Beaconsfield - and photos of that apartment can be used as a clos guide.

LOCATION & LOCAL AREA

Located 5 km from Melbourne CBD, St Kilda is a vibrant, beachside cosmopolitan suburb.

This apartment is superbly located on the quiet side of the block on Beaconsfield Parade, opposite the St Kilda beach breakwater and famous Catani gardens.

It is a short stroll to Ftizroy St, Acland St shops, public transport and the beach.
