Families: Large Farmhouse sleeping up to 18 guests, great for large family gatherings and friends. We can provide cots and baby high chair. Chalet Luna has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room with sofa bed accommodating up to 7 guests. The renovation made extensive use of natural materials such as stone and marble including all modern comforts, solar powered hot water system, double glazed windows and fully adustable central heating with period radiators.

Owned by the same family for 70 years, the property has been farmed by generations of local farmers until the drastic decline in mountain farming during the 1980s.

The farmhouses, once the summer residence of local farmers, have been lovingly restored to its original splendor and converted into boutique luxury chalets with all modern appliances while maintaining the traditional family history charm. The country houses underwent a complete green remodel, combining natural materials such as stone, marble and wood with sustainable technologies such as solar powered hot water system for improved energy efficiency.

Today, following extensive land stewarding including regular manure applications to the fields in winter and slope brush cutting, the farm stll produces high quality hay for local alpine dairy farms on acres of spacious land terraces overlooking the lake.

Borgo Paradiso continues to promote its cultural landscapes and heritage linking once again land resources to farming and high quality tourism experience.

A lovingly restored Farmhouse with great character, pool and absolute privacy, ideal for family group holidays up to 18 guest and offering its visitors luxury country accomodation in three Boutique style Chalets for self-catering rental. All Chalets can be booked by the week or for short breaks subject to availability.

At a height of 600 meters, Borgo Paradiso is a footstep to the Sanctuary of Montecastello and breathtaking lake views, mountain bike ways and parklands. The walk to the nearby Santuario di Montecastello, with its spectacular panoramic views, is always a highlight. Located just below the peak of Monte Cas, the walk starts right from the farmhouse doorsteps.

The area offers a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Within a short drive (15 min.), there are beautiful beaches in Campione and Tignale's Lido (Porto di Tignale), with its lovely beach strip nearby the port and the beautiful remains of the cultivation of lemon at the Lemon House.

A variety of guided walks and mountain bike excursions to discover the fascinating natural environment surrounding our farmhouse are available to our Guests on selected dates.

A number of food retail outlets can be found on the high plains of Tignale and Tremosine offering local products such as cheese, olive oil, honey and selected grappas.
