Alcossebre Vacation Rental house

For us the garden was the highlight of the property: a stunning infinity pool plus a lovely children's pool with entrance via ramp not steps. Large area of grass with ample shade due to pine trees. View of the sea from poolside.
Re the house, it is good for two families: one takes the double bedroom with adjoining shower room on the second floor and the other takes the two twin bedrooms with bathroom on the first floor (as long as the top floor family parents don't mind sharing with their offspring!). Ground floor living room is light and has large glass doors which open onto a patio holding a table seating six adults. It is a lovely spot to have breakfast and dinner, but does get the midday sun so needs a cunning arrangement of towels on the overhead beams for cover if dining out at lunchtime. Inside is always cool as there is air conditioning throughout. The property is very clean and washing machine and dishwasher worked well. The outdoor shower room was useful as an area for storage of beach gear and for drying clothes.
Property is a 5 minute walk to a good beach. Not too crowded in early July. Sand does get damp due to natural springs so best to bring either deckchairs or a waterproof mat to place under towels.
Within 10 mins walk is the parade of restaurants at the marina, a mix of casual and formal. Mainly Spanish cuisine. On route is a pretty promenade which gets busy in the evening.
We needed a car to get to the large supermarket, but there is a small supermarket in the same road as the property.
