Condo, Studio + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

This recently remodeled and updated studio is located directly on the world famous Daytona Beach. Sunrise is spectacular from the private balcony and you will be lulled to sleep by the sound of waves hitting the beach. There are two pools (one heated during cool weather) and a kiddie pool.

Near by are numerous restaurants, the Boardwalk, a water park, and the convention center. The international airport and famous Daytona 500 race track are approximately a 20 minute drive away. Orlando, the Kennedy Space Center, historic St. Augustine, and Marine Land are all within a 90 minute drive.

We had a fantastic stay at your place. The condo was very clean upon our arrival. We appreciated very much the chairs on the balcony to look the sunrises and read after a day at the pool and the beach.
We realy appreciated the chocolate when we arrived, it was an attention realy appreciated. The photos reflects exactly how is the condo. We hope to be able returning again at your property another year.

Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay. The room was very clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful view of the ocean. Watched the sunrise every morning from the balcony. The pool area was very nice, too. We can't wait to visit again.

The condo was super, had everything you could possibly need. Very clean, the bed was very comfortable, updated kitchenette was great. A family of 4 were quite comfortable. The view from the baloney is amazing, the patio and pools are well maintained. Being right at the beach was perfect. We can't wait to come back agai!

We stayed December 2011 and January 2012. Loved the room, very clean, had everything we needed and a little surprise of wine and chocolates. The landlords are awesome. We love them. Loved listening to the waves, watching the sunrise, and the dolphins swimming in the ocean from our direct oceanfront window every morning. Love the pool area and walking on the beach for 3 miles every day. Can't wait to come back next year. Thanks so much Jim and Carianne for all that you do. You are the best. :-)

Great stay at beach lovers dream

We stayed in this condo over thanksgiving and had a great time. we had a great view of the beach and all we needed inside. It was clean and well stocked. The welcome gift of wine and chocolates were great to enjoy on the balcony. Would stay here again!
