I had the pleasure of spending Labor day weekend with my family, my mom, and my in-laws at this property. First off, I can't say enough good things about the owners. They went above and beyond in making our weekend together memorable. The home is well maintained, fully equipped, and comfortable. The photos on the website fail to show how large the bedrooms (the master bedroom especially) are. We had plenty of space around the table to share meals together. Our 2 teenagers were able to 'get away' from the older folks in the evening and enjoyed the basement while the rest of us split up between the lovely deck and the family room with the large TV. The sleeping arrangements met our needs perfectly with room to spare. The home is located in an upscale neighborhood that felt rural, yet was close to restaurants and a grocery store. Again, Brent made us feel welcome and gave suggestions for activities and shopping. I can not thank him enough for help make our 'once in a lifetime' extended family trip a smashing success. I highly recommend this property.
We had a wonderful time in this house. Our stay was for Feb 17 - 21. The house and flour plan really worked for us. WE saw deer in the back yard the first night. We had beautiful weather. Did some siteseeing. We had planned on going home the 20. When Our daugther family went to leave on Sunday a bad storm was hitting their area and it did not clear out till tuesday. So we all decided to stay. The Fugua family graciously allowed us tostay another night
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The owners were easy to work with, the house was very clean, and it was stocked with everything we needed. Located in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the Broadmoor, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and Seven Falls.
This home helped make it a perfect week end. Our family came from four different states for our son's wedding. Lots of room for us to gather, sleep & shower. Great location. Lots of room for hosting the rehearsal dinner incorporating the lovely deck and yard. The homeowners were very accommodating. We look forward to renting again for a family reunion. Excellent property....
The house was spotless. Cell phone reception was spotty. We missed not being able to use hot tub. Computer access was great. Cooking area wonderful. Dining areas great. Garage access very helpful. Restaurants and attractions within 5 minutes. Grocery shopping just blocks away (with Starbucks :))
Had deer and other animals in the backyard to watch. Bedrooms spacious and comfortable. Activity room good for family time.....foosball champion mom! Pingpong....Tim....Deb....draw! We have plenty of space for board games in rainy weather. Truely a wonderful family time.....Could see this as a wedding location...the spiral staircase would make a heck of an entrance. Washer and dryer kept me busy just like home.
We are from Oregon and needed to house many family members and friends for 4 days during our son's wedding. The home was perfect, and made this a great gathering. The owner is very easy to work with, and answered all of our questions with great patience. It is meticulously clean and the amenities are very upscale.
We would recommend this to others, and they may contact us at the e-mail below for reference. At our next large family gathering we will request this home as our first choice.
The local area has several places to visit including the Broadmoor Hotel, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, World Arena, Pikes Peak, Cheyenne Mountain Conference Resort among others
