The Summit View Haus is located in the prestigious Tree Haus neighborhood directly across the valley from the Steamboat ski area giving it dramatic views of the mountains. Every level of this three-story house has mountain views. The main level is bright and open with a high ceiling in the great room/dining room, a gas fireplace in the living room with cozy leather couches, and a large well equipped kitchen. No need to go outside to enjoy the hot tub. You’ll find it located in the sunroom directly off the great room, with views through the windows as if you were outside. Also on the main level there is a small game room with Play Station, board games, puzzles, a computer and fax machine. The luxurious master suite is located on the top level and boasts a bathroom with a large tiled, sunken tub and two sinks. You’ll enjoy the breathtaking views from the picture windows while a fire rages in the wood-burning fireplace. Adjacent to the master suite is a small bedroom furnished with bunk beds, perfect for younger kids. The first level has three bedrooms; one with a queen bed and full bath, and the other two with two twins each that share a bathroom. Other amenities include a garage, gas grill, four TVs, VCR, DVD, stereo, and washer/dryer. This house has everything to make a large family comfortable during a Steamboat vacation, and the views are just spectacular.
