Cape in the Summer!! Family friendly,close beaches and amusements.

4 day stay for 6, 20 something girls. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, tshirt shops, liquor store and mini golf. Less than a mile from Seagull Beach. Plenty of living space with great back deck. Would definitely stay here again!

Vacationed with the family (parents, 3 children, sister, brother-in-law, their 3 children and their dog) and we all had fun. The house and yard are kid friendly with a basketball hoop, a place to ride bikes, play hop scotch and roller skate. When we weren't playing in the yard, we went to the local beach. We also took a short drive over to Chatham and did some shopping. Last time we visited, the family played mini-golf, went paddle boating and raced go carts. Then there's the food - seafood, Italian, burgers. Eat in or take out. Chowdah or calzones. You won't go hungry on Elton Drive that's for sure. You can even barbeque in the backyard and enjoy outdoor dining with the whole family. And at the end of the day, there's a nice big TV to watch sports, American Pickers or Disney. 6 children sleeping in one house - sounds impossible - but not after a day on the beach. I really enjoyed my stay at this home due in part to the fantastic weather I had for this week. I have to say, I have never been to a rental home that is completely furnished. I am not kidding! The owners of the home really put some money into the cosmetics of the home. It honestly felt like I was walking into my own home but just near the water. :) It was very much a comfortable stay.

I have rented homes in the past and always had to bring everything BUT the kitchen sick. Not this house. The owners told me the only thing I needed was extra beach towels. They were right! They had everything from paper towels to beach chairs waiting for me.

It is not far from Seagull beach. A quick drive down the road. I suggest buying a pass for the week to park. The house is centrally located to coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. The laundry mat is just around the corner if needed.

The only issue I had with the house was that the previous renters did not clean out the fridge. I didn't know if the food in the fridge was the owners or what. After calling the owners and letting them know of all the food in the fridge, they appologized immensely for the inconvenience and assured me it was the previouse renters.

My family and I had a great stay at this house. Oh, for all wondering, it does NOT have the musty smell like most Cape Homes. This home is insulated! :)
