The Beacon Hill Community: The home offers plenty of community amenities for you to enjoy as well, take a dip, for instance, in one of the two communities pools that just a few minutes’ walk from the house. There is an ocean-view adult pool and a kid/adult Olympic-size pool; both pools have Jacuzzi’s. The home has tennis racquets and balls for you, to play tennis at the nearby courts. Great little trails and playgrounds are also for your enjoyment.

Boat Parades, December

Join more than one million viewers and watch beautifully decorated yachts, boats, kayaks, and canoes sail along the harbor in the Annual Newport Beach Boat Parade. The boat parade will set the harbor ablaze for five consecutive nights. The parade starts off Bay Island at 6:30 p.m. and finishes at the same site at approximately 9 p.m.
