The Beacon Hill Community: The home offers plenty of community amenities for you to enjoy as well, take a dip, for instance, in one of the two communities pools that just a few minutes’ walk from the house. There is an ocean-view adult pool and a kid/adult Olympic-size pool; both pools have Jacuzzi’s. The home has tennis racquets and balls for you, to play tennis at the nearby courts. Great little trails and playgrounds are also for your enjoyment.
