Gorgeous Luxury Condo Across the Street from Beach!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment is not only comfortable but is also beautifully decorated and has everything you may need in your holidays.
The pictures looked exactly the same when we arrived.
The condo has a well equipped gym and a very nice climatized pool. It is really across the street from the beach that is really quiet over there, so everything was perfect for us.
The location is excellent because you are 10-15 minutes to South Beach but also near to Bal Harbour.
The service from the owner has been also excellent. We had no problem with our booking. Magda has been always very kind . She answered all of our questions and took care of all the arrangements, and she was very comprehensive about the restrictions we have in Argentina.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

Traveled to Miami with a group of 5 friends/family and this was MUCH better than staying in a hotel. The photos reflect the accommodations quite well - it really is that nice! Lots of amenities with the kitchen, laundry, big bathrooms, and on-site gym, pool, and hot tub. You're about a 10-15 minute cab ride from South Beach, but only a few blocks from restaurants, groceries, etc. It's very quiet and kind of a relaxing space to come home to after evenings spent in party central. About the only drawback is that you only have one key to share which ended up not being an issue for us at all, but just something to note. I would definitely stay here again.

Nous sommes resté 2 semaines dans ce superbe duplex, très confortable et très bien placé au nord de collins avenue. Très bien meublé et équipé.
Tout est neuf et aucune mauvaise surprise à notre arrivé. Grande piscine et salle de sport dans la résidence.
Propriétaire très sympa.
