Villa Malou in 2008,new remodeled and brand new and furnished,fully equipped and has three bedrooms, each equipped with a king size bed and four twin beds, two bathrooms, each with toilet and shower, one bath with shower and bathtub, a spacious living area, new kitchen, breakfast / dining area, covered Patio area with fans, solar heatet pool and boat-dock for your rental Boat.Patio and pool area with a screen against mosquitoes.Loundry Room with washer and dryer and a two car garage.For the children are high chairs, cots, car seats, toys also available as well.

This home was exactly as advertised, right down to the placement of the furniture etc... We found the location to be extremely convienient. All major shopping within a short drive and easy access to Fort Meyers Beach, Sanibel etc... The home was very comfortable and well equipped. Property is set up to take advantage of sunshine all day with pool and dock area. We did not lease a boat this year but this home is in perfect location for boaters with immediate river access, private dock and boat lift. Grit and Mario from Blue Sky Property Mgmt. were very prompt and easy to deal with. We would definately stay again.

We found Villa Malou to be well maintained and very clean.Mario and Grit, the Property Management was extremely helpful with any information we required and always with a quick response.

Every week one fresh Bread from Grit`s German Bakery for free,was awesome.We can`t wait every week.Thanks again.

The location is very near central Cape Coral with easy access to Cape Coral Bridge to Fort Myers with many great places to eat and shop!

The lanai/patio/pool was just great - solar heated pool especially nice - very clean.

Needless to say we thoroughly enjoyed extremely our stay and would go back and would definitely recommend to friends and family!!

Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
