This condo is in a well maintained complex, has a pool and hot tub area and direct access to the shore. It is walking distance to area attractions (John's Pass) and other local establishments. The condo itself is well maintained and offers a full eat-in kitchen as well as a dining room. There are no laundry utilities inside the unit, however, and the limited number of provided towels made our seven day stay a little less than perfect. Also, there were no beach sized towels provided. Jack did contact us once during our stay asking permission to enter the unit to repair the door lock, and again when the repair was finished. (we were unaware that there was a problem prior to his contacting us). Overall we were very pleased with the unit and the location. We would recommend it to another family looking for a good time at a reasonable price.

Owner's Response: The HOA permits us from having washer & dryer in unit. Don't furnish Beach Towel. I have no problem with this review.
