This One Bedroom Groundfloorl Apartment has been completed re-furbished and can sleep up to 4 people. ( Second apartment available on request) It is located in one of Ayia Napa's premier apartment complexes. Within walking distance to the shops, bars, restaurants and beaches, yet quiet enough for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. Available for rental in Summer and winter this apartment is the perfect accomodation for exploring Ayia Napa and indeed the island of Cyprus. The Complex has on-site communal swimming pool, bar, cafeteria and parking. Surrounding the complex are the tropically themed gardens - a must for spending an afternoon.

The quiet complex of La Casa Di Napa is located centrally in Ayia Napa, yet is also suitable for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle bustle of the town centre. Best suited to families and couples, Palm Haven is close to all amenities. Restaurants, bars and shops are less than 5 mins walk, while numerous beaches and the harbour area are only a 15 mins walk. Ayia Napa has many tourist features including fishing and boat trips, water sports and a water park. Cape Greco View point and picnic facilities are easily accessible. There are cycle paths throughout the town and hire shops are plentiful.

We stayed at these apartments and there is not one complaint to make through the whole 2 weeks of our holiday. It is in a beautiful location in the middle of everything. There is a cafeteria on your door step which also serves you your pool snacks. Staff there are so friendly and the food served is delicious. I found these apartments quiet and secluded considering it is so close to the square. Ayia Napa is literally a 5 minute walk up the strip. For those who know Napa its next door to the mai thai and opposite the japanese restaurant. I would recommend these apartments for many types of holidays but you may need to consider ur noise when coming home from the clubs if on a girls getaway because if there are alot of you and noise is too much security can be called. On our holiday there was only 2 girls and we only had one complaint to ask us to keep the noise down which wasnt to bad. The apartment was very clean and it was the little things that made a difference like stepping out of the shower and having a bath mat, having a proper iron and ironing board etc. This was my second time to Ayia Napa and i couldnt fault my stay anywhere. If i end up going next year this will definatly be the first place i look for availability.

Holiday home in centre of Agia Napa

The location of the holiday home was perfect. Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants, but in a quiet neighbourhood. We had a car at all times, but this is not needed, altough it was nice to see that there always was free space for parking.
The home itself was very good for us, being two adults and two young children. We had everything we needed in the apartment, and we were delighted with the tropical garden. Especially the children were excitied with the birds, the parrot and fishes.
The garden and pool area were very well maintained, same was the apartment. All in all we have had a very nice holiday and are likely to come back. If there is one thing I would have wanted, is a pool for the kids. We were unfortunately not able to enjoy the pool as much as wanted due to this.
The customer service from the owners has been excellent from day one and until we returned back home.
