Alvor, a traditional fishing village on the western Algarve is a perfect location for a great holiday. It has a great selection of restaurants, shops and bars and things to do. The main street leading to the harbour boasts numerous eateries offering some great Portuguese dishes and there are several lively bars open till late. Some of the Algarve’s best kept secrets are nearby including historical towns such as Silves, Loule & the renowned Lagos. Portimao is also nearby and is great for traditional shopping. The beach at Alvor is one of the most magnificent on the Algarve boasting 5km stretches of golden sands. There are ample sun lounger’s and cafes dotted along the seafront. If you want a bit more adrenaline there are water parks and a zoo a short car ride away.

  • £200 Refundable Security Deposit for each Booking in case of Breakages

    A meet and Greet Service complete with Transfer from the Airport which is approximately 75 kilometres away can be arranged for 55 euros
    To secure your reservation we require a 25% non refundable deposit by bank transfer and the remaining balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.
    Prices quoted are inclusive of all rental and utility charges. .
    Rubbish bins are provided within a close distance of the building. Your rubbish must be taken there at regular intervals.
    Note that there are small building works in progress (final construction phase) at the East corner of the complex. These do not interfere with any of your views or access to the villa.
    Every effort is made to ensure that all development and villa facilities are available to you at all times. Check-In is after 16.00 pm on arrival day, and check-out is by 11.00 hours on departure day, this can be flexible if there are no other guest arriving / departing.
  • We will make every effort possible to cater for all your needs.

World Superbikes & A1 Formula One Grand Prix :: Vila Penina is 15 mins drive from the new circuit 'Autodromo International do Algarve ' which will be one of three new venues on the schedule for the new season and will play host to the tenth round of the season in April 2009.
