LUXURY LAKE HOME

This Lakehouse is Awesome! We couldn't have asked for more and Sam, the owner, couldn't have made it any easier! From the initial reservation process to the "before," "during," and "after" he made sure that we had everything we needed. The house is absolutely beautiful and high end. From the huge fridge and stove, to the wine cooler, dishwasher, washer and dryer, flat screen TV's, Wi Fi, gas grill....the list goes on and on......we couldn't have wanted for more. The house had pleny of room for 4 adults and all of our teenagers, plenty of sleeping areas and storage. The yard was big enough for the kids to play games and we all loved the huge fire pit and log "seats." There were plenty of lawn chairs, fire wood, outdoor lighting and even a propane mosquito catcher! The kids loved rowing out on the lake in the paddle boat and the dock was perfect for our 21 ft Four Winns boat with the boat launch conveniently located right down the road. The garage was also huge and fit our SUV and trailer. This was certainly a "no hassle" vacation and with the beautiful lake, the beautiful weather the entire week, it was truly a relaxing get-away! Many thanks to Sam for opening up his home to share with others. We look forward to going back again!

This house was just lovely!!! We travelled with our family of nine. The house was very clean and comfortable. Makes you feel like you are sleeping at home. The loft bedroom was spacious with a roomy bathroom and a huge shower. We were able to fit 2 adults and 3 kids upstairs to sleep. It was very nice to have a kitchen with such a big oven that had several burners! The basement was very comfortable with futons down there for sleeping as well. The laundry room and bathroom in the basement was very convenient! To have the fire pit near the house was really nice for those that didn't want to come outside. You could be in the basement and still feel like you were near everyone at the fire pit. The area was remote but you could get to a grocery store in 15 minutes. We had ice cream in Dover Foxcroft at Pat's Dairyland. I don't think I ever had a cone that only cost 1 dollar!!! The front yard was big enough for us to set up a volleyball net. We made a trip to Bangor one day. That took about 1 hour. I would get directions from the owner. They have a way that is much easier! We had a great vacation that felt like home away from home! The owners were just fantastic and very helpful!
