The Four bedrooms that include Two tastefully decorated masters with ensuite facilities and Wall mounted Tv's to relax within. Two twin rooms that share a family bathroom give you that privacy and comfort that you want while relaxing. The outdoor area has it all from a very private south facing pool that backs onto a conservation area to comfortable relaxation area by the pool . The Barbecue gives you that option for Al Fresco dining at night with the pool light giving you that extra bit of peacefulness and tranquillity after a busy day at the parks. Our past guests rave about it why not you.

Our Great Vacation At Blla Vida Resort!

We had a great vaction at Paul & Amanda's beautiful vacation home, at Bell Vida Resort. We received everything that he had promised when we booked. The description was very accurate, was beautfully decorated , was clean and very well maintained, he even called a couple times to make sure we were happy with everything and we were more than happy, we would certainly recommend this vacation home to anyone, and wouldn't hesitate to come back ourselves. Thanks for everything Paul and Amanda.

Stayed here for the 2nd time with friends all over xmas 2010, looking forward to return visit jan 2012.
Owners very friendly, helpful. last visit left us decorations to put up for xmas and some beers /wine in the fridge was much appreicated.
Villa clean spacious and definitely home from home. cannot wait to return
close to walmart, easy to find behind medivial on 192,
highly recommend.

Convenient and Accommodating

We recently stayed in this Villa in mid-July for 7 nights. The decor was beautiful and even though there were only 5 of us, there was enough space (and beds) to accommodate 8. It was conveniently located to the resort clubhouse so we could easily walk over to use the exercise facilities , pool and computers. A couple of days we just stayed in and enjoyed the villa since it has it's own private pool, free internet and everything you need at your fingertips for making a homecooked meal.

Paul & Amanda were very accommodating and responsive. I'd certainly consider renting this villa again and would recommend it for anyone planning to visit the Orlando area.

MY 2ND STAY IN A HOME AWAY PROPERTY

I WAS A LITTLE CONCERNED ABOUT STAYING IN A TOWNHOUSE. DESPITE THE FACT THAT IT WAS JUST ME, MY HUSBAND, AND OUR 2 GRANDCHILDREN (6&8) I WANTED US TO HAVE ROOM TO SPREAD OUT. WE DID, THE HOUSE WAS SPACIOUS AND AS ATTRACTIVE AS THE WEBSITE PHOTOS. THE BED IN THE MASTER BEDROOM WAS AMAZING! WHEN I SAY I SLEPT LIKE A BABY I'M NOT KIDDING! THE KITCHEN WAS FULLY STOCKED AND EVERYTHING I NEEDED WAS ALREADY PROVIDED. SEVERAL TIMES WE HAD COMPANY FOR DINNER AND THE LARGE DINING TABLE WAS PERFECT. THE CHILDREN LOVED BEING IN THE POOL AND WE ENJOYED LOUNGING INTHE COMFORTABLE CHAIRS OR SITTING AROUND THE PATIO TABLE EATING AND CHATTING. THE NEIGHBORHOOD WAS CLEAN AND VERY PEACEFUL. HAVING A 24 HOUR WALMART RIGHT NEXT DOOR WAS THE ICING ON THE CAKE. THE TOWNHOUSE WAS SO CONVENIENT THAT TRIPS TO THE PARKS, RESTAURANTS, AND STORES WERE EFFORTLESS. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY IMMENSELY! WE LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING TO SCOTCH CORNER IN THE FUTURE:)

FABULOUS

Stayed at the four bedroom villa with my parents , daughter her partner and my grandchild. very comfortable, and spotlessly clean,everything you need. Lovely furnishings. Two ensuite bathroms and and third made things easy to get ready.Conveniently located.walmart is in walking distance for all your food supplies. We stayed 18 days our only regret was that we didnt stay longer.
We visited the main theme parks returning to the villa was easy as it is well located.

Would definately stay again.very friendly service from the owners.
