The world renowned Mayo Hospital is less than five minutes from the condo. Restuarants, movies and the MIM (Musical Instrument Museum) are within 5 minutes of the condo in either direction. Everything one would need for a first-class vacation experience is within minutes of this condo.

Unit: Bella Monte is located in a desirable area of North Phoenix/Scottsdale with spectactular views of the McDowell Mountains, and the surrounding vistas in every direction. This condo is less than 3 years old and has only had 1 part-time owner who lives in Scottsdale. Beautifully decorated with contemporary decor. Custom plantation shutters on all windows for privacy or to let the natural light in. Fully furnished with linens, cookware, washer/dryer in unit, large flat screen tv, stereo.

Complex: Bella Monte is a beautifully landscaped gated community with spectacular views of Wildfire Golf Course on one side and the McDowell Mountains of Scottsdale on the other side. There are 3 heated pools with hot tubs, bar-b-que areas and exercise rooms located throughout the property. The pool area for this condo is a short walk across the street from the condo. This area is extremely safe, quiet and relaxing. There are walking paths throughout the complex with greenbelts and lushly planted gardens. Bicycling is safe and enjoyable throughout the area with bicycle paths nearby.

Worth the effort and money

My wife and I were 100% satisfied with the accomodations. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided for by the owners and more. We travelled for a business convention in the nearby hotel, and the condo provided us with a much more comfortable experience - a home far away from home!
Would highly recommend, and hoping to return in the future!

This adorable condo was in an excellent location. Very clean with all amenities. The owners even had bicycles for us to ride. They went above and beyond providing things one doesn't normally get such as laundry detergent, many spices, lots of soap, shampoo, conditioner etc. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the pool also.

Our stay at this condo was GREAT!!! The pictures are accurate, the unit was extremely clean and owners were most helpful and even got bikes for us.
We would certainly recommend this unit to anyone who likes a central location, quiet and friendly people.
The unit is very spacious.

This was a wonderful condo to stay in. The property was clean and well maintained. The owner was very accomodating and helpful. There was everything you would need in it. Location is great - very quiet but close to Desert Ridge Mall, North Scottsdale and the 101. Had a nice pool area with hot tub, bar-b-ques and exercise room. Would recommend highly.

This was a great property to stay at. Lovely pool area, with barbques, hot tub and exercise room. Very quiet, clean and absolutely everything you needed. Great location - close to Desert Ridge Mall, highway 101, North Scottsdale. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives.
