All shops, doctors, the pharmacy, and the supermarket: 1 km; mini market: 300 m; motorway: 1 km - Exit 47 Cagnes sur Mer or exit 46 Villeneuve Loubert; railway station: 1 km - TGV to Paris, Nice, and Vintimille; Nice airport: 5 km - buses will take you there.

Beachside apartment with a beautiful view of the Baie des Anges. It is on the sixth floor and the balcony overlooks the enclosed complex with secured swimming pool. It offers a view of the upper Cagnes sur Mer Castle, of the mountains in the background, and of the racecourse stadium (150 m). It is not overlooked. It has a fitted kitchen, a large living room with a 135 cm sofa bed, a dining room with a 140 cm sofa bed, one bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a large wardrobe (for six people), quiet AC and a revolving flat screen TV. All shops, pharmacy, doctors, and mini markets are close by. 'Casino' supermarket: 1 km; Nice airport: 5 km; Cagnes sur Mer railway station: 1 km (TGV to Paris, Nice, and Vintimille); motorway exit: 46 - Villeneuve Loubet or 47 - Cagnes sur Mer; numerous restaurants in the marina of St Laurent du Var (3 km); Flower market in Nice.
