Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 2-6)

Enjoy the platimum furnishings and professionally decorated one bedroom two bath condo with full gulf views from the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and the extra large balcony. You will enjoy the brand new 50'' flat screen, the King Size Bed with top quality mattress, For the family, the bunk beds are in a cove with private bath. The comfortable oversized sofa converts to a queen sized sleeper.

You will not believe the amenities at this complex.

Johnny and I are from Alabama, but reside in Panama City Beach as much as possible. Johnny retired as a Coca Cola Bottling Manager and I am a retired teacher, school principal, and assistant superintendent of education. After we retired, we bought rental property in 1989 and have rennovated and restored apartments, houses, commercial property, and historic homes, We love people and are very service oriented.

On several occasions, we stayed in the Tidewater in a Gulf Front Bedroom Unit. We loved waking up to the sights of the beautiful gulf views and white sandy beach. We bought 709 Tidewater because of the fact that the floor is perfect and the bedroom is full gulf view. We know you will enjoy staying in this condo.

About Beverly Taylor

My husband, Johnny & I, live at Panama City Beach half-time. We retired from our first careers in 1989. He was manager of Coca Cola Bottling and I was a teacher and principal. We bought residential & commerical property after retiring and have enjoyed offering quality rentals to our tenants mainly in the college town of Troy, AL. It was a natural progression for us to buy condos. We enjoy people and take great pride is offering an excellent rental to our guests. We own two condos at Calypso and one at Tidewater in Panama City Beach.

We have always vacationed in the Panama City Beach area because of its proximity to Troy. Tidewater has been a favorite complex for us since it was built about 3 years ago. We always enjoyed waking up to the sights and sounds of the Gulf so we wanted a gulf front bedroom as well as a gulf front living area.

What makes this condo unique

Panama City Beach is only 12 miles from the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport, so we have numerous guests who fly in and taxi to the Tidewater where they can easily walk to the attractions at the pier and the famed Pier Park Complex.

WOW!!

WOW is the best way for me to describe this condo. It was everything it was suppose to be and then some. When you don't want to leave and come home, it has to be great. All we needed when we arrived was a trip to the grocery store, a block away and to unpack our clothes. The place was very clean and decorated very nicely. To wake in the mornings and have coffee on the balcony was fabulous. My husband and I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Beverly & John for allowing snowbirds like us to feel like we owned a piece of the beach. The beach loungers & staff were outstanding!!!

GREAT CHRISTMAS VACATION

Just returned home from a great Christmas vacation at the beach. We have stayed at Tidewater Resort several times, booking through other agencies, but none was as nice to work with as Beverly. Within two hours we were booked, paid and had code for keyless entry; plus permission for early arrival.
This condo was very clean and well-maintained. The furniture looked like new, the bed was very comfortable and the 50" TV was great for watching bowl games.
Had a small problem with the heat. But even with it being Sunday morning, Beverly had us taken care of in a very short period of time.
We would certainly recommend this property to our friends and hope to return again in the very near future.
Thanks Beverly for taking care of us.

Very nice unit, furnished well, clean, enjoyed the big screen TV, great view from the living area and master bedroom. Tidewater has excellent security and everyone was nice. Owners were excellent to deal with. I would recommend to others.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: It is so very nice when our guests take the time to write a review. These guests (who had just retired) had planned to come in February 2012; however, their daughter went into premature labor and they needed to postpone their retirement celebration. We were so glad that we were able to refund their payment. Guess what? They remembered that we as owners were able to help them out by refunding their money. They then rented in November 2012 from us and wrote such a wonderful 5 star review. I bet that this is the beginning of a very long and enduring relationship. We certainly wish them the happiest of retirements and want them to know that we enjoyed getting updates about their daughter and seeing the pictures of their miracle grandchild. "Life is Good".

AWESOME GIRLS WEEKEND!!!

This condo is the perfect place to get-away.. We used it for a 3 day girls-only weekend-it was IDEAL!!.The only thing was the weather - it rained the whole time- but-no problem-we took advantage of all the amenities that Tidewater has- fitness center- sauna-steam room etc.. With Pier Park just down the road -we did lots of shopping as all girls love to do!! We had a real relaxing weekend. The condo was decorated beautifully and was very clean. The view from the 7th floor was perfect- we even had a dolphin show on our last morning!!! The bunkbeds and extra bath are real nice- just like having a two bedroom. Even with a small glitch- Ms Beverly went way beyond any expectations to make our stay wonderful. I have rented from VRBO several times and i have never had a owner go as far as the Taylor's did. I highly recommend this condo-I know i will be using it again soon...

WONDERFUL

From the very start of our vacation in which we arrived on Sunday early but was able to go ahead and get a parking pass and enjoy all the resort amenities was the perfect start to our vacation. I have to agree with the other guest the keyless entry into the condo was great that way i did not have to keep up with the key.
The condo was even better than described in the pictures....from the fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer and when you have kids that is extremely handy, 2 bathrooms, big flat screen tv and the best thing the WONDERFUL view from the living room and the master bedroom. The view is hard to describe when you wake up in the morning and all you see is the beautiful ocean.
The owners Beverly and husband was wonderful to work with...the microwave went out and as soon as i informed her she responded right back to me. Everything that she described was right on the money if not better so you could not ask for anyone better to deal with. All in all for our first time to Panama City (2 adults and 3 kids) was a wonderful experience and we will for sure be back. Thank you Beverly for making our vacation one to remember and hopefully we will see you again soon.
