Inside, the house boasts many upgrades, such as the upgraded kitchen, that includes new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The spacious floor plan is open and includes a large game room with an air hockey table. The living room opens onto the pool deck, which is great for entertaining friends and family. Relax in the large spa tub in the downstairs bathroom. The upstairs bathroom has a jetted tub with showers and body sprayers. If you are traveling with children, there is a spacious room with bunk beds, pirate decor, and a play area that is perfect for children! This room also boasts a special 'pirate bunk' that children love! Sit by the cozy fireplace in the master bedroom and enjoy the customized walk-in closet. 'Firefly' is located near restaurants, shopping and entertainment on Isle of Palms.

The Isle of Palms is a lovely 7 mile stretch island that offers some of the most beautiful beaches in the south, as well as award winning golf courses. There are 2 marinas which offer the water lover access to the Waterway. Enjoy bird watching, kayak rentals, shelling, fishing, wave runners, as some fun family activitites. While the Isle of Palms is a fabulous place to play, the overall quality of life is equally outstanding. Shopping is convenient with a grocery store and two shopping centers. These mostly contain gift shops, real estate rental businesses and restaurants. Commuting is simple. The adjacent community of Mount Pleasant, just over the Isle of Palms Connector Bridge, has a full range of shopping opportunities.

A wonderful stay

This is a great house in a quiet neighborhood. My husband and I rented this home with friends in late April and we all very much enjoyed our stay. We were able to spend time at the beach, check out some great local restaurants and go into Charleston for dining and record shopping. The balconies are peaceful and the bathrooms are luxurious. Lots of cool details throughout the house. It even got warm enough for us to enjoy the pool. It's just what I was looking for in a vacation home!

We had a wonderful week at the Firefly. It was one of the most relaxing family vacations we have had. It was very convenient to the beach and restaurants. There was more than plenty of room for all six of us. The kids loved the bunk beds, whirlpool tub, hockey table and pirates nook. We walked to the beach every morning. I loved all the modern appliances! We would definitely stay there again.

The location was great with a quick walk to the beach and the house itself was beautiful! I loved the patio, balcony, and roof porches. There was plenty of room for the kids and the adults to sleep comfortably. The kids especially loved the air hockey table. Would definitely stay here again!
