Flatinrome Termini it's an entire building with 8 units sleeping 61 in total, planned and furnished in comfortable and practical way: parquet floor, double beds that can be divided into singles, air conditioning in every room, Satellite TV, computer with Internet access and WiFi connection in all the building, washing machine and dryer. These fully furnished flats are independent and you can book them separately. They have internal security doors that, upon request, can be opened in order to give you maximum flexibility and sizes from 2 to 22 persons. These apartments are located in a 3 storey building on Via degli Irpini, a small alley close to the main University “La Sapienza”, 400 meters form the gates of the ancient city and approximately 800 meters from Termini Central Station, in the fashionable district called 'San Lorenzo'.

The apartments are located in a 3 storey building on Via degli Irpini, a small alley close to the main University “La Sapienza”, 400 metres form the gates of the ancient city and approximately 800 metres from Termini Central Station, in the fashionable district called 'San Lorenzo' where a lot of cafés, pubs and restaurants are. An area with a lot of night life, but the building is very quiet and safe, in the perfect location for visiting the Eternal City by walk or using public transportation. The historical centre of Rome is in fact quite small: it’s a circle of less than 3 kilometres (less than 2 miles) in diameter that includes (from North clockwise): Termini Station, Coliseum, Trastevere and Vatican. All the major attractions are in between. From Flatinrome Termini you can walk or catch a bus to the main sites : Coliseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Navona Square, Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, etc.

  • Rates for up to 2 people. Weekly rate only valid for Saturday to Saturday stay. For different time frame use the daily rate.
    Extra charge for required final cleaning (60 euro).
    20% deposit payable at booking.
    Cash in full at the check-in.
    Security Deposit : 100 Euro (for weekly stays) refundable at the end of the stay.
    Check-in time: from 4pm to 8pm - Checkout time: from 8am to 10am Late check-in or early checkout is 30 Euro.
    Children up to 2 y.o. not occupying a bed: free. 2 - 6 y.o. : 10 Euro per day.
    Linen are not included in rental price. We kindly ask you to carry your own sheets, towels & pillow cases (pillows and duvets are instead included in the rental). Otherwise we can provide the linen for 10 Euro per person (per change).

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    The deposit is fully refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates.
    OTHERWISE :
    If a cancellation is made 2 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
    If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund
    If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.
    In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY refunded. Other expenses will not be refunded.

Directions were easy to follow after getting lost (locals directed us in the correct direction). Great security system. About 10-15 mins walking distance from Termini Station. Nice restuarant round the corner. Plenty of supermarkets nearby for food shopping, wine supplies etc. Nice welcome and very helpful service! Would recommend a slightly bigger room than the studio.
