2 Bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, complete kitchen, laundry room and 6 blocks to beach.

Location: Ocean Park is the only area in Santa Monica where you can walk to beach without having to cross the Pacific Coast Highway. We are e are within walking distance to Main Street, the Pier, Third Street Promenade, Trendy Abbott Kinney and Venice Beach. The areas offer: Main Street - restaurants, boutiques and many well known yoga studios,; SM Pier - activities on the beach all year long, free concerts. I have only received great reviews as everyone likes the layout of home and the central location to Main Street, Abbott Kinney, Santa Monica 3rd Street Promenade and the 10 Freeway that you get to from 4th Street. The 10 Freeway takes you to downtown and connects with all the major freeways.

Townhome Description: Description: Modern styled clean and comfortable 2 story townhouse, with outside patio. First level has living room with fireplace, flat screen TV with cable, Wi-Fi access, ½ bath, large kitchen and dining area. Second level has 1 Master bedroom with full bath and second bedroom with full bath outside room. The Master bedroom has King Bed and the second bedroom has a trundle bed with two twin size beds. There is washer and dryer located in laundry room in garage accessed by outside patio off the kitchen area. The townhouse has its own private entrance and lots of street parking.

There are also Farmers’ Markets where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruits, organic foods, etc., every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Santa Monica College is 10 blocks away with two new outside pools offering swim lessons, lap swim and family activities.

Notes:	I live here however I travel a lot for my job. The master bedroom has a dresser, however the closet is not available but there is a closet in the second room and one at the bottom of the stairs.
