LOVELY APARTMENT IN CENTER CITY NEAR S PETER (WIFI, AIR CONDITIONING, TERRACE)

Our Australian family of 5, including 3 children aged 12-15, stayed for a week in this lovely apartment. Room was plentiful, especially with the large outdoor terrace. Two bathrooms were certainly very convenient and everything was clean and well-presented for our arrival. Mr Antonio collected us from the airport and was very reliable and obliging.
The Prati area is a vibrant and handy location for Rome. There was a taxi rank outside the Vatican entrance, 2 minutes from the apartment's front door. 12 euros and our family was at the Colosseum.Trionfale Market is also a few minutes walk, in Via Tunisi. This market is fabulous for fresh local produce.
A few maps in the apartment, with some tips on where to find such things would have been handy, but luckily there is wifi in the apartment plus I had grabbed a couple of maps at the airport. Otherwise, all other useful utilities were supplied and any queries answered promptly - usually just via email.
We would highly recommend this apartment. We felt safe and secure and noise levels for an apartment in a big city were generally good. We had no trouble sleeping soundly at night.

This is a jewel of an apartment in a very convenient location. Easy walking distance to Vatican Museum (can see the wall from the apartment courtyard!). Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is there, including the best wifi connection on our trip.
Plenty of restaurants in easy walking distance and for those (like us) who are on foot easy access to the Rome equivalent of Hop on Hop off bus service.
Would definitely recommend this apartment for travel to this city.

Our group of five stayed 3 nights in this really great apartment in Rome in September 2012. The location is just perfect, one minute walk to the Vatican Museum. Also in the area there are nice restaurants for lunch, dinner and breakfest, also small grocery stores are very near. The area is really quiet during the night, so you will get a good sleep. The apartment is in the second floor but there is also elevator available.
Apartment was really light and tidy, just what the pictures promised. All the equipment was working fine and the (huge) terrace is really nice to spend the evening if you like.
We booked also transportation from the airport (and back) in advance and that worked really well. This will save a lot of time for you.
If you like shopping, please check also Via Ottaviano quite near, there are really nice and cheap shops, we saw those too late:-) We did shopping in Via Cola di Rienzo as it was recommended to be good shopping street but that was a disappointment for us.
Rome is great and our group can warmly recommend this apartment!! When we return, we will definitely book this one again.
