Private studio apartment, Sleeps 2 (1 queen bed) + a full kitchen & full bath

Located in downeast Maine, South Addison Maine is a small fishing village. If your looking for the way life should be—the way it was 100 yrs ago—then you’ll love the Addison House.

I live in this home, the studio is on the ground floor ( I live upstairs) The first floor includes a private full kitchen with view of the ocean and harbor with a full private bathroom, a bedroom/sitting area with queen bed, separate entrance and drive, and a large living area. there are many dvds and a radio/cd player in bedroom and large den... there is no tv, no internet( you can get cell service sometimes or go to the towns.... this is a place to unplug!! if you paint or write or love to read, cozy up here and relax.

You have a lovely view towards the salt marsh, birds, and wildllife. I like to garden and have worked on the land for years while keeping the natural landscape and woods around me. The property is on the tidel side of the harbor and we get 10 to 12 foot tides, so the landscape changes every 6 hours!

This is an ideal place for one or two non-smoking adults, and no pets please. I will rent by the week or longer, durning July-August-September.

life is full here, early sun-ups and late sun-sets. It is off the beaten path, and well worth the trip, there are small town around, you will find friendly people and landscape that pulls at your heart! The first time I came to this area, I knew I would always want to be here.

This is a place to unplug!! if you paint or write or love to read, cozy up here and relax.

What makes this studio unique

You have a lovely view towards the salt marsh, birds, and wildllife. I like to garden and have worked on the land for years while keeping the natural landscape and woods around me. The property is on the tidel side of the harbor and we get 10 to 12 foot tides, so the landscape changes every 6 hours!

All properties are pet free and smoke free... Thanks so much!

    A 14 day cancellation notice is required. If cancellation is made prior to the 14 day notice, the deposit will be returned. No deposits will be returned if less than a 14 day notice. There are no rain dates or make-up times. The nonrefundable deposit is applied at the time reservations are confirmed. No Credit Cards accepted.

    Deposit on the property is 50% of the rental cost. Deposits are by money order only. Balance of payment due in cash, American Express Travelers Cheques, or Money Order for exact amounts.
