Watch your family play on the beach just outside, have dinner oceanfront on the screened porch or take in a sunrise over the Atlantic and see what the fishermen at the State Seashore reel in as the day begins - all without leaving your house!
DIRECT OCEANFRONT - Step off your deck DIRECTLY onto a private beach! No dragging chairs, coolers or kids for blocks or even over a dune crossing and no worries about finding a bathroom, packing up for lunch, or what to do with bored kids who want to go back to the house.
IDEAL LAYOUT INCLUDING TWO OCEANFRONT BEDROOMS EACH WITH THEIR OWN PRIVATE DECK - A spiral staircase leads to two oceanfront bedrooms letting you enjoy unobstructed ocean views and the sounds of surf crashing just outside your door. ACTIVITIES - Beach and Delaware State Seashore just outside your door offering swimming, fishing, jogging and biking, kayaking and surfing plus beach volleyball at our oceanfront community court, private tennis courts, large playground and a private pavilion. Fantastic seafood restaurant right in the community with a great happy hour and even a walk up window for those nights when you don't feel like cooking! And don't forget to grab a snowcone as the Jeep rolls down Ocean Road in the late afternoon...
