House, 3 Bedrooms, 3.5+ Baths (Sleeps 6-8)

Million Dollar views and un-spoiled beauty abound in San Juan del Sur. This is a spectacular retreat for families or an intimate get away for couples. House has access to private beach where 'Survivor Nicaragua' was filmed and a beautiful large clubhouse pool / cabana that is private and rarely used. Whether you are looking for eco-tourism types of activities (jungle zip line, turtle tours, hiking or horseback riding through the mountain forests) or surfing, shopping and great dinning out experiences; this house is in close proximity to all amenities.

The house has a large 2nd floor master bedroom with private balcony and en-suite. On the main floor are 2 large bedrooms (each with ensuite) and an open plan kitchen / living area. There is a large patio at the front of the house (NEW) and private backyard with outdoor shower. The house sits high with an amazing view on a 1/4 acre lot.
