We stayed at James' house in August 2011. What a beautiful house, everything is so well laid out, so natural, fits the beach area vibe. The house is very clean, everything is new, James did an amazing job on his house. There's no AC but don't worry - it was very comfortable at night sleeping, in fact it was even a little cool, it's not an issue. The backyard, although small (all the homes are), is BEAUTIFUL, not one inch of space was wasted. The backyard is very private, so relaxing, great place for coffee in the morning, wine at night - it doesn't get any better. The outdoor shower is awesome, the list just goes on and on. Also, you're 5 minutes fomr the ocean and two minutes from the bay and many awesome restaurants. Last but not least, James goes so out of his way to make you feel at home and give you a lot of information. I HIGHLY recommend this house!! We'll be back. What a great place and owner. Thanks James!!
