Bethany place is located in Shingletowns Beautiful, scenic Lake McCumber area. The house sits on 1 acre with plenty of space and privacy.
Access: all PAVED ROADS, PAVED DRIVE WAY, 2 CAR GARAGE. roads are maintained/plowed in the winter so this house is available during the winter months as well.
“Bethany Place” features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, 2 car garage plus bonus game room above the garage for your family and friends enjoyment. (Can be used for additional sleeping for older kids summer time only PLEASE INQUIRER. )

Master bedroom is located up-stairs, is very spacious with a full bath, 1 King bed, a double sofa sleeper, twin sofa sleeper and additional sitting area to relax, read or watch movies on the 32“ flat scene TV.
Master bed room has it's own balcony where can enjoy your morning cup of coffee, watch the birds and wildlife that frequent the area.

LOCATION: Three miles off HWY 44 In Shingletowns beautiful scenic Lake McCumber area. Lake McCumber is just less than 1/4 mile up the road with, Majestic Mt. Lassen in the back drop, where you will enjoy bird watching, walking through the forest where nature abounds. There are a pair of bald eagles that nest on the lake shore in a towering pine tree the
Ofespray frequent the lake in search of fish. They are expert fishers so be sure to take some time to watch both these species of birds in action on Lake McCumber.
This Peaceful small Neighborhood is excellent for morning runs & relaxing evening strolls, Family bike ride on the many roads. No Traffic. Or just relax on the front porch, back deck or up stairs master bed room balcony after a day of exploring Mt. Lassen National Park. Excellent place for riding bikes lots of paved and dirt roads to explore with vista of Mt. Lassen so be sure to explore the area (bikes provided) and nature walks near and around scenic Lake McCumber. The forest is every where.
Mt. Lassen is just a short 11 miles up the road. With every sort of hiking trail with spectacular visits for you photo enthusiast. Winter sport activities such as cross country skiing and snowshoeing snow and snowmobiling if you have one.
You don't have to go far from the house for cross-country skiing and snow shoeing lots of open land, roads and fields.
Lake McCumber is great for fishing (electric motor boats only). Great for canoeing and kayaking. Just a short walk up the lane there is a creek that feeds into the lake where the kids can splash around in the water & great for the dogs, Manzanita lake & Summit Lake in Mt. Lassen have designated swimming area.
