Centrally located ; a two minute walk from Metro Pont Neuf and a stones throw away from Notre Dame. Newly renovated, with fully equipped kitchen. A large living room with dining table, three comfortable, convertible sofas and a large fire place. There is a large flat screen television and a free box, allowing access to hundreds of channels, free international phone calls to fixed land lines and Internet. In the bathroom there is a bath, shower and you will find a hair dryer and freshly cleaned, pressed towels waiting for you on your arrival. An elegant double bedroom on the first floor, with dressing table and wardrobe, from where a door leads onto the stunning terrace with garden furniture.

The appartment was just lovely. Recently refurbished, in very good condition, nicely furnished and a fab location. Not to mentione the roof terrace with a lovely view.

Apartment matched the web description and was in a great location. It was good size for our family. The clothes washer/dryer would not dry and the management was working on it, it was fixed. The contact person was on-time and very friendly. Recommend repairs for a perfect evaluation: - Clothes dryer - Toilet flusher. The Habitat Parisien staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the apartment very much.

Prime location, very clean and has all the facilities you need for a trip to Paris. The contac person were there spot on time and were very helpful. Thanks. I like your home - everything mentioned is the truth. Service was very good, tha Girl who helped us into the appartment was very kind and helpfull. I have allready recommended your company “Habitat Parisien" and the appartment to more friends

Sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Dachterasse aber nicht geeignet für ältere Menschen und Kleinkinder,da steile enge Treppe in der Wohnung und enges Treppenhaus ohne Aufzug in den vierten Stock! Große Koffer vermeiden. Uns hat ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter geholfen, das Gepäck hochzutragen

Fabulous location,light living area,lovely rooftop balcony. Only issue is 5 flights of stairs and a narrow spiral staircase. no problems..the contact person was lovely and punctual."
