SonjoWasi 2 is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment has been remodeled taking all details into consideration. It is located only 1 block from Parque Juarez and 3 blocks away from the center square (Parroquia).

There is pressurized/filtered water through out the house, a full usable kitchen, flat screen TV with DVD player, basic cable, and WiFi.

There is a general cleaning service once a week included. We can organize more days if needed.

For long term rentals there is also access to washer / dryer.

SonjoWasi 2 is centrally located in between the main square and Parque Juarez. You will rarely need a taxi to get around.

Other Activities: atv, rockclimbing, art classes

Golf: There are two golf destinations. A great 18 hole course named Ventanas and a 9 hole named Malenquin. Both golf courses are a short cab ride away.

Malenquin is also a sports club with swimming pool, tennis courts, steam rooms, and more. They have daily and monthly memberships available.

Cozy and Charming Apt

My husband and I recently stayed at the apt during our trip to San Miguel de Allende. The apartment is so cute and charming and is exactly as stated. It also comes with basic appliances so you feel like you're in a "home" while traveling. Its location is great - close to all mayor landmarks as well as to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc.

Another great advantage of the apartment is the owner who really cares about his apartments and his tenants. He was always prompt and professional in his correspondence and even checked up with us after our stay for ways to improve the apartment!

I would definitely recommend this apartment to any visitors to San Miguel de Allende.

Love this apartment, and Juan

This small apartment was a great getaway for our first vacation to San Miguel de Allende. It was in a great location, just a few blocks from the Jardin, an easy walk. The apartment was cozy, clean and well decorated. Better yet was Juan, a friendly, gracious and service-oriented owner. He met all of our needs and requests. We would easily recommend this apartment to others looking for a small place close to the city center.

Exactly as stated, no hidden surprises! Safe for everyone, easy
to go to the center of town, great restuarants within 3 blocks,
neighborhood friendly, owner completely accomidating! Near
Juarez Park and Coffee cafe. Just do it!

Perfect for wedding guests

I had friends getting married at a sister property only a few doors down. Having quick access to the festivities was such a boon. As well, it's only a short walk into the heart of the beautiful main square.

As for the apartment, it was even more modern and upscale than I'd imagined. I loved the furnishings and the skylight over the bed. Service was just right. I felt absolutely taken care of.
