Photos and Description of the Indian Wells vacation bungalow rental Very close to the attractions and yet in a quiet village by the side of a lake.

The bungalow was completely upgraded and refitted after the hurricane of September 2005 and is now better than original, providing luxurious accommodation. the bungalow is spacious and luxurious with full air conditioning. it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms where four people can be accommodated in luxury.The patio faces south/west and is bathed in the sun from early morning until sunset and is overlooking a beautiful quiet lake.The location is only 3 miles from Disney and close to many shops and restaurants. It has been described by many visitors as the perfect location, so quiet and peaceful after a day in the theme parks.

The bungalow is overlooking a lake, where it is exceptionally quiet and yet is only 3 miles from Disney world, half a mile from a new Walmart and within 1 mile of endless restaurants on the 192. It was completely refurbished and was upgraded in 2005 after hurricane damage and is now much better than when it was new. Please read the independent reviews on this website and if you decide to book I guarantee you will not be disappointed, some of our renters have been more than 5 times.

We are a family of 4 (2 adults 1 teen & 1 child) and stayed at this bungalow in August 2009. The bungalow was excellent. It was very clean and exceptionally spacious and in a fantastic location for Disney and all the other parks and attractions. I would definately stay again and would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone.

My family and I had a great time at this property. The owner was very friendly and a great help. The bungalow was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this rental to anyone. We hope to be able to stay here again.

Immaculate property and excellent location!

If you desire a true home away from home for your vacation, this will be the property for you! The bungalow was exactly as described and the value is unmatched. The property is exceptionally clean, very well maintained, very spacious, and in close proximity to stores, restaurants, and attractions. The location of the bungalow is also in a safe, family friendly neighborhood.
You will find it relaxing to sit on the patio in the morning to watch the ducks or to view the sunset on the lake in the evening.
Additionally, the owner communicated with us often prior to our trip and was very helpful. They even called the morning after our arrival to verify that we arrived safely and that the accommodations were to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend this property to others and seek to stay here again when visiting Orlando.
If you are looking for a great property in the greater Orlando area this bungalow is the place for you!!

Hard to Beat

We have holidayed at this bungalow for the last ten years. Its location is conveniently situated for all the attractions and is surrounded by an excellent choice of quality restaurants. It has easy access to nearby outlet shopping and is less than half a mile from a Walmart Supermarket.
The bungalow is located in a residential area, this gives the advantage of peace and quiet. Its large patio is ideal for relaxing, sunbathing and watching sunsets over the picturesque lake. We enjoy using the nearby large secluded community pool.
The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortably furnished. Cooking and laundry facilities are excellent. The bungalow has always been maintained to a consistently high standard.
It is the ideal place to return to after visiting the numerous theme parks and tourist attractions.
We thoroughly recommend this bungalow to others who visit Orlando - it has so much to offer.

Excellent location and value for money !

If your require a clean , very well maintained and well situated bungalow then this is the place!
Being only 10 mins drive from all the main parks and having excellent restaurants (too many to mention here) on your doorstep as well as good supermarkets we would recommend this bungalow as a great holiday base.
The swimming pool is excellent and most of the time we had it ot ourselves ! great view from the back garden and dont forget to feed the turtles and ducks every day too.
